The hotel was as described. It's clean, quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood isn't great but I knew that before I booked. It is what you expect in the Paris suburbs. That being said, it didn't feel unsafe during the day. There's a bus close by that goes to the RER that goes to Paris. It's convenient and easy. I would book this hotel again. It was good for the price.

The sheets, pillows and towels smelled bad like they werent washed. The room size was good, the building was in a good location too, and very clean. It would have been a 5 star for sure if the bed and towels did not smell like sweat.

Good hotel - poor area

This hotel was reasonably priced for a single stay near Paris. Saint-Denis is a little far outside central Paris, but easily accessible by public transport (though the hotel is a metro, tram and walk away). The room was a good size and clean, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and hotel staff tried their best but couldn’t find a second pillow when requested. Despite being located next to a fair busy main road, the sound wasn’t too disturbing for a light sleeper. The biggest drawback (which the hotel can’t control) is that Saint Denis isn’t the nicest of areas. It’s not often I feel uncomfortable in major cities, but walking through Saint Denis late at night I did.
