"Your hotel is convenient and the rooms are clean and quiet however your bar service was not great and the markup on your wine is ridiculous. €74 for a bottle of wine that costs a fraction of that is not justified. We don’t mind paying for convenience but this unwarranted markup is enough to put us off staying at your hotel again."
