It was a small, but very nice little hotel extremely close to the train station where we came into Paris.

This hotel was very expensive compared to the other places we stayed in Paris. It is close to the station but I wouldn't stay here again. The room was very outdated and the pictures didn't really reflect the actual room or lobby. There were no amenities onsite that we could find, aside from an empty vending machine.

Great location across from Gare du Lyon. Sidewalk cafés abound. Bakery and supermarket a minute away. Central location and one stop from Notre-Dame Cathedral and one stop from Accor Bercy arena. Just need some bigger bath towels otherwise great stay, superb ac.

Break fast option 14€ pp, we didn’t choose because when we get there at 7:00am, there is only milk , apples oranges and cereal. I love it that the hotel provides drinking water (cold and room temp) in a dispenser. And also water boiler tea and coffee in the room.

My son and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aurore Paris. The room was a bit small but adequate. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also a bit small, although I have definitely been in smaller. It was nice to have an elevator in the building. Breakfast was offered for purchase, and it provided a nice variety of hot and cold options. The location was perfect for us. We used the metro a lot, and since we were so close to the Gare de Lyon, we could easily travel around the city as that location is a major hub for the metro. We also enjoyed the many restaurants in the area as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Filtered water available outside rooms and you can fill up the jug provided. Eliminates need for bottled water. Decent breakfast for a fee. Many dining options within walking distance. Close to metro/rail/bus stations. Because of construction, WFi in room was not working which was a major problem. Apparently will be fixed soon.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We had booked a superior room. The building was completely obscured by scaffolding which meant we had difficulty finding it. We had not been informed of this. Then the view from our superior bedroom was only of scaffolding, making the room very dark. The stalk of the bedside light on one side of the bed was broken, rendering it useless, there were at least two loose tiles on the bathroom floor, making the floor unsafe, there was black hair on the wash-hand basin (neither my husband nor I have black hair!), the bedside cabinets were sloping downwards, which meant we couldn’t place a drink on them and the tea/coffee station had not be refilled. The reception staff were pleasant. However, overall it was not a good experience.

Very centrally located to transport network. Good clean hotel with a nice breakfast included. Rooms we had were very small but clean and tidy. Would recommend Chez Paul which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel if one is keen to taste French food which is good and affordable.

Comfortable and decent hotel for a good price, no thrills. Less than 5 minutes away from Gare de Lyon, with at least 3 bakeries nearby (they were open before 7am). Perfect for a one night stay before an early train. Great for a stroll to Bastille. I appreciated the vanity kit provided.
