It was located in a good place, the room smelled like wet/moldy clothes, maybe it was the carpet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The weather outside was cool, I didn’t need AC. Overall 3/5 - it was the smelly room that lost points and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, I could feel the metal springs.

Staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, did their best to accommodate all our needs! Locstion is good (3 min walk to metro station). There was a pop-up market when we stayed and it had local food, some clothing and accessories.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the mattress comfortable and the area was super quiet. The hotel is not very central but transport links are perfect. The carpet had some stains but didn’t really matter to us. Overall it’s a nice comfortable place to stay for a few nights.

Super staff and very nice breakfast. Not a great amount of choice but perfectly adequate. The area of Clichy served us well as we wished to visit the nearby Commonwealth graves. Paris metro gets you almost to the door at Mairie de Clichy.

The team members especially Jessie were nice, kind and helpful. The location and breakfast were great! Our guest room 409 air conditioner did not work so we had to be moved after we unpacked. The next room 109 had pillows that smell musty and found hairs on it and carpet was dirty.
