"We booked the hotel because we had children wanting to use the pool. Only when we checked in did we find out that the pool was out of service for a few weeks Had I know the pool was not available. I would have booked elsewhere"

"Pullman Paris is steps from the Eiffel Tower! I paid for the deluxe room high floor with balcony so I had a view of the tower daily and nightly from the comfort of my room. We also had breakfast on our balcony one morning which was wonderful and also enjoyed the rooftop bar / club called 10 Ciel which as among views of the Eiffel Tower at night. My only displeasure was with the wait staff at the onsite restaurant Frame. Very slow and inconsistent service. But regardless, I recommended this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to the Eiffel Tower and experience it up close and personal!"
