None of our outlets worked with the hotel hairdryer or my curling iron. I informed the front desk staff and they did not care and just told me I was doing it wrong.

Highly recommend
The hotel is so chic. It's beautifully designed and decorated. The room was lovely, bed was super comfy and the bathroom was so stylish. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. And great location. Highly recommend.

Ho viaggiato con mia figlia all’arrivo ho aspettato mezz’ora per la camera e non ci hanno chiamato il taxi quando siamo andati via perché ci stava una manifestazione e il personale è stato scortese nel dircelo e abbiamo dovuto prenderlo per strada. Per il resto soggiorno piacevole.
