The property closed their restaurant and other things with the Corona Virus. I understand this but they won't refund my nights I didn't stay because I had to book an emergency flight home with the Corona Virus spreading and things were shutting down. I think they should give me a refund the unused nights.
the city went into lock down due to the corona virus and the staff never gave us any information regarding the restaurant bar or any other facilities we had to keep asking after the event very poor communication also main light in bedroom not working the room was not very clean the toilet door did not lock properly
