My stay was very disappointing. The hotel did not have air conditioning, and I was never informed about this before my arrival. Unfortunately, I stayed during a heat wave, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep and rest. When I asked for a fan, I was told they had all been taken and none were available. If I had known there was no air conditioning, I would have chosen a different hotel. Guests should be clearly informed about this before booking, especially during the summer months. This significantly affected my overall experience.

Clean room, small but has everything you need (shower, mutliple plug sockets and free parking) great place to stay if you’re going to Disneyland as you can get the bus from round the corner. Only spoke to the staff at check in but he was lovely and they’re there 24/7 which was good for us as we checked in late. Overall, would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Real simple review, we only have 2 complaints. The size of the room was godly small, and the shower did not have hot water. Spoiled Americans speaking, I understand that. It was just hard to overlook these. Beside these 2 things, everything was clean, the staff was great, the lobby and food and bar area was good and cozy.
