The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The light switch was broken and the bedside lamps at the side of the bed. The hotel looks amazing from the outside but is very poorly maintained. The female toilets in main area door handle and lock broken, they were grubby. The springs were coming out underneath the sofas in the main reception area. The bar was not stocked couldn't grab a quick beer. The outside area is nice but doesn't get cleaned the same coffee cup has been on the table for 3 days full of cigarette buts. Food wise i would go somewhere else. It wasn't necessarily an unpleasant stay because it served its purpose and the bedroom was spotless. However, if you're looking for more from your hotel. I suggest going somewhere else

Overall it is a really good place for the price. The reception and check in was quick and the staff friendly. The food was also good. But the location from Gare du Nord, for first time travellers, can be daunting. A better and clear direction guide should be included in the adverts. Also on the negative side the shower head in my room was broken. The toilet flashing button also needed fixing. But I had a good experience.

I book this hotel because someone said it’s great for Solo female travellers!!! It’s affordable and right beside the Tram! Lots of shops around. Room 108 was great, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean ONLY issue was the fire alarm every morning at 8am :( I really wanted a full 8 hours lol! They offer breakfast, I didn’t have any. There is a bakery down the road as well and a grocery store!

The nearest metro station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Most major tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes. While the property is a budget-friendly option, it does lack some basic amenities such as an electric kettle and minibar. Therefore, it may not be the most suitable choice for those traveling with young children.

There was one man in the front desk who did a wonderful job, I wish I took jis name he had black dark hair. He did everything and worried about assisting everyone. The other guys he didn't care much about anything. The room was clean and beds confortable, but the elevator had spit for a couple of days. Far from the city center. The staff needs help!

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but it lacked the essential amenities you’d expect from any hotel—let alone a supposedly 3-star one. It felt empty and was missing many basic necessities, such as using cushions as pillows. There was no TV remote, and when I asked for one, I was given a broken replacement. The photos also looked much nicer than the hotel in reality. Toiletries didn’t exist either—only a tiny combined shampoo/shower gel was provided.
