The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and so are the people in the surrounding area. The room was clean and quiet. The RER is right across the street; it took about 30 minutes to get to the Ile de la Cite. I would definitely stay here again, mainly because of the super nice staff and the charming people of Gennevilliers.

The area was very quite for an industrial are. Parts of the area was rundown and it felt unsafe. This was not disclosed in booking. The acess to train sevice wad useless since there was no attedant at the station furthermore, the self service ticket machine was out of service.

It was absolutely awful. The pictures did not match the room, and the staff are so unhelpful, there were flies in the room and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The state of the hotel was significantly below my expectations, I couldn’t even stay there, I will be seeking a refund for false advertisement and horrible conditions.

I would rate this hotel higher because the shower is so amazing, but it’s just meh. It’s very bare our room only contained 2 twin beds, 1 pillow, & 1trash can. Nothing like the pictures. I have to learn to not book hotels based on their pictures. No remote for the tv and we never made it to breakfast to try. It is about a 10 min walk to the tram and if crowding is low you can arrive in to the center of Paris in about 40 mins.
