Staff was wonderful and helpful but the management was not willing to be flexible with our dates when our first flight was delayed, even when we notified them well in advance of our stay. Otherwise we might have stayed longer and returned when back in Paris.

This property was amazing. The staff were great and even appreciated my poor French and accepted my apology. I stayed with my two daughter and there only complaint was that the elevator was slow….they didn’t know I was running il the stairs and hitting the button on each floor. Sorry!!! Really impressed with this property it was amazing

Fantastic!

We loved the room, the location and the staff. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was perfect and the hotel was conveniently located close to a few Metro stations. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The room had a beautiful view over the Eiffel Tower. We loved the area as it’s not touristic but full of local restaurants and shops. It’s extremely well connected to everywhere included the main station. 15 mins walk from Montmartre. The room we stayed in was a tad small especially the toilet/shower and we found dust and hair in the bed, but nothing major.

Overall we had a great experience at the hotel. It is stylish and very clean. Keep in mind that there's no restaurant onsite and you may have an ugly view of the trains

The hotel was very good. We enjoyed our stay here. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Had connecting rooms. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Front desk service was excellent. Location was good. We caught the metro 14 to most locations. Did try buses at first but they were too confusing. Nothing to do with the hotel, but recommend you avoid the taxis as we got ripped off. If you have to, use Ubers. Took about 17 mins to walk to Moulin Rouge. Easy walk. Laundromat close to the hotel - about 2 min walk. Overall - good hotel.

Great location and a well run property. The rooms are admittedly small but that is not where you spend your time in Paris. Great Staff, Very good breakfast but it gets crowded so eat early. The garage a block away offers a discounted rate to hotel guests. Fri 3PM to Sun 3PM was about 58 Euros. Metro Close by

Although this is 4* hotel, total experience is average 3* hotel. 1 lift for whole 8 floors, which makes mornings traffic unbearable, no staff at the bar unless bringing somone from the reception, very narrow corridors, no two persons can go past each other.

Dark Room, style over substance.

Service at reception was good. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Rooms however are a different story and not what you’d expect of a 4 star hotel. They are quite small in size, however that’s not such an issue as it’s to be expected in a hotel in its location. However the room was DARK! Lighting is terrible and it made the place look and feel dingy. There was a dimmer switch but that didn’t seem to work properly as it didn’t really turn up the level of light much. We had to turn on the light in the bathroom in order to see what we were doing. Mini fridge was broken and light kept flickering constantly. Also the wardrobe units seem too big for the room as the doors can’t open fully. Seems a bit style of substance and a hotel trying too hard to be art deco. Bar is nice enough and offers good value. But the staff are the main saving grace of this hotel. There is likely better options to stay in Paris.
