Pleasantly surprised to get early very check in when we arrived. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Property and rooms are comfortable. Bed was great, air conditioning excellent. 5-8 minute walk to bus or tube. We’d recommend this hotel.

Perfect Stay

The hotel is perfectly located to visit Paris. Close to Villiers, Batignolles and Étoile you will really like this hotel. Especially as a family with Parc Monceau near. Service was great.

Paris trip

we were here for 4 days. very comfortable bed, good closet space. room was a little small for 2 people and suitcases. the walk-in shower was nice but the sink didn't have a lot of space around it for toiletries. very walkable area, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. very friendly staff. they had a breakfast buffet but we didn't purchase it.

This property was amazing. The staff were great and even appreciated my poor French and accepted my apology. I stayed with my two daughter and there only complaint was that the elevator was slow….they didn’t know I was running il the stairs and hitting the button on each floor. Sorry!!! Really impressed with this property it was amazing

Tres bon hôtel

2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel et aucun soucis. les lits sont confortables, les chambres propres. le personnel est agréable et prompt à resoudre vos demandes (par exemple ma carte de chambre qui ne fonctinnait plus le dernier jour). le petit dejeuner est de qualité. l'hotel accepte les animaux. à noter: notre chambre donnait côté rue et voie ferrée et nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit: il y avait 2 fenêtres double vitrage l'une derrière l'autre afin d'atténuer le bruit et ça fonctionne tres bien. il est vrai que l'environnement direct n'est pas ideal, mais on est à 2 pas de la station Rome de la ligne M2. nombreux restaurants à proximité

Best hotel staff ever

The staff were wonderful. They took care of our luggage after we checked out, provided fresh water as it was a really hot day and happily allowed us to come back and stay in lobby for 2 HOURS until our taxi came. Like I said it's the middle of a heatwave and they were so kind keeping us cool. I will come back and stay again. Amazing!

Staff was wonderful and helpful but the management was not willing to be flexible with our dates when our first flight was delayed, even when we notified them well in advance of our stay. Otherwise we might have stayed longer and returned when back in Paris.

The best thing about Grand Hôtel Chicago is how clean it is — everything was very tidy. The location is good, with easy access to metro and buses. There are lots of nice cafés and bakeries nearby that aren’t too expensive. I recommend having breakfast at one of them instead of the hotel. On the downside, the hotel is overpriced. The rooms are small, there’s no real view, and it doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. I’d only recommend it if cleanliness is your top priority.
