Helpful staff, room very clean and with very nice towels...but oh so tiny! I know it's Paris (great surrounding neighbourhood) but it seems a lot to pay for a room that doesn't even have a place to unpack any of your clothes.

The staff was lovely here, however, the room was a disappointment for a family of three, we had to take turns opening our suitcases because the room was so small. For one overnight before our flight it was okay, however I wouldn’t suggest more than one person per room.

Clean room though small. Lots of banging doors . Athough i had fully paid via Expedia , the only thing i expected to pay was the Tourist tax. I didnt however expect to pay a €100 for a deposit

Just what we needed in a great location. Out of the touristy areas but close to transit, lovely local restaurants, and an enormous park! Small room but served its purpose, and the AC was very appreciated in the heat wave.

We loved the location in Dumesnil. Very close to supermarkets, eateries and the metro. Just a 25 minute train ride into central Paris. The staff were all very obliging and they have an excellent breakfast option. The room we chose was very compact but worked for us. Overall our stay was a very pleasant experience.

Location was excellent, 2 min walk to the metro. Best part was the staff. Fetta, one of the employees there, she was very helpful, kind and friendly. They made me feel at home and very welcomed. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The amazing staff and the great location were the best part. 😊

👍 WHAT WE LOVED Found this gem as a last-minute booking during the Paris heatwave — and it delivered exactly when we needed it most. The AC worked flawlessly, which in Paris is not something to take for granted. Breakfast exceeded expectations for a boutique hotel — variety of breads and cheeses, scrambled eggs and sausages, a digital beverage station with espresso and hot chocolate, and a stocked fridge with complimentary water refreshed daily (hydration was key on this trip). A proper start to every morning. Front desk staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond — they held onto packages we had delivered directly to the hotel without any fuss. Small thing, big deal when you’re traveling. The neighborhood is the hidden gem here. Step outside and you have a laundry shop behind the hotel, a neighborhood bar and restaurant on the corner, a cheese shop next door, a boulangerie two doors down, local pharmacies, and a mini mart a two-minute walk away. We felt like locals, not tourists. That energy made a real difference after long days of sightseeing. 👎 WHAT WE DIDN’T LIKE Room size is classic Parisian boutique — compact. If you’ve traveled to Paris before you know what to expect, but first-timers should manage luggage accordingly. Tourist sites are 20–30 minutes by Metro, which adds up over a week. That said, the Metro stop is a 2-minute walk from the front door, so it’s inconvenient in distance only, not in effort.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Paris. The neighbourhood is lovely and feels very safe, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The location is also very convenient — most major tourist attractions can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated the good air conditioning and the elevator, which made it more comfortable. The only downside was the soundproofing — I could hear people next door at night, and there was some construction work happening next to the hotel during my stay, which disturbed my sleep a little. Of course, the construction is not the hotel’s fault, but better sound insulation would definitely improve the experience. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location and very welcoming staff.

Tight, but air conditioned

The staff were amazing! They were kind and helpful, offering luggage storage for free and an ice machine. The bed was comfortable, and the complementary water and coffee station was nice. The air conditioner was also great and a huge luxury since Paris is still not known for having air conditioning in many places. The only negatives were the hallway and door of the room and the toilet. The door and hallway were only wide end to fit a suitcase, and you had to slide through sideways. The toilet was arranged, so that you had to sit sideways to fit. There looked like other rooms that were not as small in the entrance.

Alice in Wonderland

Cramped hotel room with bathroom designed for people 4 ft and under. I've been to 22 European cities and I know rooms are smaller but this one was like Alice in Wonderland. Also on second day, I asked front desk for toilet paper because we had do not disturb on door and guy said no. He didn't even ask what room we were in. Never had hotel reception just deny toilet paper. Also hallway is very small and any normal size person will have to squeeze through hall and doors. The area was good, away from attractions is the only good thing. Windows in bathroom broken and toilet is not for anyone over 5ft. Looks like room was cut in half to make 2 rooms.

The room was small but clean, great view, breakfast was classic European breakfast with some American accents and was self self serve and easy to find what I wanted. Welcoming and polite staff.
