Very nice property near the Louvre and Tuileries. Room and staff were excellent. Nice restaurant and bar on premises. Only problem was adjusting shower in otherwise excellent bathroom (very jittery as to setting between cool and hot; perhaps a fluke in just our room).

The staffs were absolutely amazing. So kind and thoughtful. We had an amazing stay in Paris thanks to this wonderful hotel and the lovely staffs. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel & staff. It is within walking distance to both the Louvre & Metro, so it is well situated to travel within Paris. Hotel is smartly appointed with an eye for detail. Check-in was pleasant, quick & included a glass of champagne as well as a tour of the hotel. We opted for the 'Family Suite' which had 2 bathrooms & adjoining entry. Staff was attentive, friendly & very helpful. We had a misfortunate experience with our airline that resulted in our luggage being completely soaked. The entire staff was extremely attentive & provided immediate assistance and even supplied us with coins for the local laundry mat! The rest of the stay went like a breeze & fully enjoyed all the amenities the hotel had to offer. If you want to feel like royalty, without all of the fuss - the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal is for you!
