We never saw the bar, pool or restaurant but heard people raving about the breakfast buffet. The room was great: comfortable & sound proof. Great value for money!! There is a grocery store, pharmacy and Metro across the street!!

You get what you pay for. Staff overall is good. The layout of the room is off- the actual toilet has it’s own room. I think it’s a bit off that the shower and bathroom sink is right next to your bed. There are a few places in Paris that are layout like that but I didn’t think hotels will do that do. My room didn’t have a mini fridge which was a bummer. I like keeping my drinks cold.

This is a nice hotel, but it has poor customer service and not a very good system. The front desk staff (mostly male) didn’t seem very interested in helping guests. The rooms are okay, and the breakfast is good. However, some facilities are inconvenient to use. The swimming pool requires a reservation and is limited to one hour per day. The rooftop restaurant also requires a reservation The elevator key system had frequent issues, which was frustrating. The location is not very central—it’s about a 15–20 minute taxi or Uber ride to main attractions like the Eiffel Tower. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but the service and restrictions take away from the experience.

Overall very impressed, especially for the price I paid (around ~$200/night). The room is very clean, spacious and modern. The elevators are very fast, never had to wait for one to arrive. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, lots of variety. Service is great, they have a lot of staff on hand, I had an electrical issue in my room and someone came in to fix it within minutes. Location is in a quiet area of Saint-Denis, there’s not much to do around here, but there is a metro station literally right across the street that brings you to downtown Paris in 20 minutes! I believe it’s the tallest building in Paris and has a 24/7 gym on a high floor as well as three restaurants and a pool. Would definitely stay here again.
