Etape d'une nuit

Une seule nuit qui ne nous a pas permis d'apprécier l'ensemble des prestations proposés. A noter: nous avons eu une chambre au premier, alors que mon épouse est en mobilité réduite. Nous n'avions pas fait de demande spéciale lors de la réservation pensant disposer d'un ascenseur sur place.

Schlichtes Hotel, aber sauber und praktisch

Das Hotel ist einfach gehalten, aber alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt. Einziger Minuspunkt: auf meine diversen Kontaktversuche vor der Anreise gab es keine Reaktion.

We suggest that a reception be set up to welcome guests upon arrival from the street, it was very disappointing and frightening to arrive through the service gate with no one to give information or help.

朝食のラインナップも複数あるため、色々食べられて満腹になり、滞在中毎朝楽しめました。 最寄りが3駅あるので、パリ市内どこに行くにも交通の便に困りません。 冬なので外は寒かったですが、部屋の中は比較的暖かく、ふとんも入るとすぐ温まるので心地よかったです。

Decepción, no es lo que promete.

Llegamos a media noche, no había nadie que nos atendiera. Fuimos a la recepción y no había nadie. Llamamos al número de emergencia nocturna que indicaban en los pasillos del hotel varias veces y nadie atendió nunca. Tuvimos que tomar la contraseña del cuarto de recepción por qué si no, hubiéramos pasado la noche afuera esperando a alguien. La habitación es muy pequeña, no se puede ni pasar bien, tiene calentador pero no hay forma de moderarla, y hace demasiado calor. Nos comentaron que harían la limpieza en la habitación cada 3 días, y en 6 noches que estuvimos no pasaron ni una sola vez. Solo pasaban a dejar toallas limpias que por cierto eran de muy mala calidad. Se tapó el lavabo de manos y hasta el último día lo destaparon. El desayuno incluido es super limitado, no hay tantas opciones para escoger. Las fotos que aparecen en la publicidad no se parecen en nada con el lugar, es una trampa. Lo único bueno es la ubicación que si está conectado con todos los servicios de transporte, llegas al centro de la ciudad caminando, pero definitivamente no lo escogería de nuevo.
