Nice place at a good location

Friendly staff, swift check-in and a nice room, not big but also not that small as most of the Paris hotelrooms in this price range. All very clean and. Refitted bathroom with a very nice shower. Breakfast was OK, a bit basic and a very small area for too many people. Location is a big plus, very close to the Grand Boulevards and a lot of restaurants and bars just around the corner

Low price comes with some small points

Clean and secure. The room was small, window was not bringing much light. No fridge or iron in the room. To use iron you had to bring the clothes to the lobby and iron around the lobby.

The staff were helpful and friendly. However, the lift was not working when I checked in so a staff had to help me lug my heavy suitcase up to the 4th floor, and then I had to carry it down when I checked out. I have arthritis.

Too expensive for a small room

I chose this hotel due to the location. Nevertheless, the room was so small. The mat in the room was dirty, the elevator was out of order and the view from the window was awful (a wall with a window where a dove came to sleep every night). The location doesn't worth it.

Very clean with good location

Convenient location-metro line and Galleries La Fayette only 300m away. Very clean room- thank u house keeping staff! Cons: the bathroom was inconveniently small, the room was small but that’s Paris! We wanted to extend check out time by half an hour but it was declined. They charge €5/bag to leave your luggages with them after check out time! Breakfast is not worth it! Knowing the cons, I would stay there again due to clean room and location. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but the fan they have provided was good enough.

Excellent, central location, near the large department stores, with good transport links. It's great for walking to lots of parts of the city centre. The staff members we spoke to were efficient and friendly. Our room had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom, but was extremely hot, as it was on the top floor and had no air conditioning. There were fans, which were effective to some extent, but really it felt like we had no respite from the Paris heat. I would not stay here again in the summer, but would definitely consider it in the winter. I also think it's time for the hotel to upgrade its awful, ineffective, old hairdryers - it was pretty annoying to be unable to dry or style my hair. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

ロケーションは良いです。 しかし、他の方の口コミにもありましたが、まず床が傾いてる（寝ると気持ち悪い）さらに冷房設備ない上、西陽がもろに当たり窓を開けても風が通らない為まったく眠れなかった（ロビーは冷房があります）冷蔵庫もないので冷えた水の補給も出来ない。夏場の利用は避けることを強く勧めます。 スタッフは一人を除いて気持ちの良い対応でした。
