The room was very comfortable and stylish, with a very nice mattress, and an uexpectedly huge bathroom! Lovely neighborhood location, definitely no touristy vibe. Staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The property location is great and the trains is only a 2 minute walk. The community is nice and quiet and very close to Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile. Shopping at the high end store are close . The room is small but for me I didn’t mind. I would go back and it’s moderate pricing is what attracted me to the boutique hotel.

The room was very clean and they cleaned it daily. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was great! We would definitely recommend this hotel. The description said was for 3 people, but it could only accommodate 2.

Very nice near metro. Needs to furnish wash cloth and when it is 102 to furnish one free bottle per person a day. We had to pay 13 Euros per rooms.

Good but..

We really liked the hotel, it was in a nice area. But the room is small and bathroom even smaller and consider the room doesn’t have a nice view. It would be really nice if we had a second bottle of water since we were 2 guests or if it was replaced on the second night. Also travel with conditioner because the hotel doesn’t provide you with one.

The property was really clean and fabulous location. Some of the reception staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. We arrived late at night and no water on arrival. Had to pay €4.50 for a bottle of water from the mini bar in the room.

It’s a simple hotel in an old property. You can tell they make an effort to keep it as well-maintained as possible in terms of the common areas and rooms. The staff is courteous, but that’s about it. It may be a cultural thing: they’re not rude, but neither are they particularly friendly or chatty, nor do they seem to go the extra mile in their service. I loved the L’Occitane amenities, which were of very good quality. The room was very small, a bit tight, but from experience I know that most hotels in Paris are like that. I would have liked a bit more space and to have an iron and ironing board in the room without needing to request it every time I needed it. The room cleaning stood out to me, as it was very well done, and although the room looked a bit worn with age, it was always left very clean and the bed perfectly made. Breakfast seemed quite limited in options, so I only had it once and the rest of the time went out to eat elsewhere. The area is wonderful—everything is nearby, with a Metro station right across the street, convenience stores, restaurants, parks, everything. I would choose it again.
