北駅に近いので便利でした。洗面所のお湯は途中から出なくなりましたがシャワーのお湯は大丈夫でした。(シャワーヘッドは壊れていましたが)。やや値段は高く感じましたが立地的には値段相応かと思われます。

Lugar no es lo que ofrece en la página. Llegue al establecimiento y me avían cancelado mi reserva . La habitación pésima en la azotea no se cómo pueden rentar una habitación así . No se los recomiendo para nada

I could not sit in the toilet.

The hotel is nice (ish) if you are catching the train at Gare du Nord in the early morning. Very basic and clean. My biggest concern is the fact that the toilet was fitted in a corner where I could not even sit. I am not that tall (1.85) but I could not sit on it. I cannot believe they fitted there, or that they have not replace it. A toilet is a must in any hotel.

Rooms in photo looked so much nicer than reality. Tatty room, crumbling walls, bare floor, felt like going to fall through floor. Recpetion were helpful and friendly. Light falling apart on one side of room. Obious that whoever owns the place is not upkeeping the place and just bringin money in. This place will eventually fall apart. Shame because once again reception was friendly.

建物は老朽化しているが、廊下の照明や窓枠など改修している跡は見受けられる。ただ排水設備だけはどうしようもなく、シャワーはなんとか稼働するものの、洗面台のお湯が出なかったり、パイプを伝う水の音がかなり大きいというデメリットも。あと部屋の照明も暗く、机にはスタンドもない。ただ、部屋の値段を考えると、そこまで悪いホテルではない。コストに見合った必要最低限の条件は備わっている。

Personal amable y nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas antes y después del check in y check out. Al edificio le falta mantenimiento, paredes con humedad y baños súper pequeños. La ubicación es muy buena, bien conectado. Relación precio- calidad aceptable para sólo dormir.

Worst experience...

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been. Mattresses were sunk to the bottom and the room felt like I was in 1800’s. The owner should renovate asap the staff at night was horrible. I didn’t expect him to be super nice but he was showing me the attitude that he didn’t want to work and too bothered to solve the problem I was facing about the room. The staff made everything worse. Good thing about this hotel is the location. It is close to the Gare du Nord.

Is one of the cheapest hotel you can find in Paris. You cannot have hight expectation. Good point is being at 3 minutes from Gare du Nord. Unfortunately the hotel is in bad conditions.

Overall, an ideal hotel to stay at if you’re wanting somewhere close to Gare Du Nord station and great for travelling. Rooms over clean and service at front desk is good. Bathrooms are the smallest I have ever seen and the whole hotel could do with a bit of a re vamp but overall probably worth the money considering it is one of the cheaper places to stay in Paris.

Simples mas atende

O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, já que fica quase ao lado da Gare du Nord (de onde saem trens para toda a europa e onde chega o metrô, vindo do Aeroporto Charles de Gaule). O hotel é bastante simples, mas foi suficiente para dormir com conforto, já que tem boas camas. O banheiro é meio sofrido, mas nada que não dê para usar. A localização é muito boa, com ótimos restaurantes, cafés e lojas em volta. Eu recomendo!
