Bien situé à Clamart mais l'état de propreté est insatisfaisant (insecte dans le lit, salle de bain avec de la moisissure, rideau de douche sale) chambre donnant sur la rue bruyante et pas d'isolation entre les chambres.

Service is poor.

The elevator was damaged for almost the entire duration of my stay. I had to get 4 floors up. When I had to leave I had to get the luggage down on my own even if I requested some assistance. The room was not cleaned every day and even a couple of days did not have fresh towels including toilet paper... If there is noise in the street, you might wake up (even on the 4th floor). Wi-fi connection was poor. Did not have much space for your clothes. Needs a lot of improvement in service.

Séjour très désagréable

A notre arrivée la personne a l’accueil n’avait pas notre réservation. Après plusieurs recherche le trouve, elle ne trouve pas la clé mais nous donne une autre clé qui ouvre notre chambre. Pour rejoindre notre chambre on est obligé de monter par les escaliers (ascenseur en panne) devant la porte de notre chambre là clé qu’on nous a donné n’ouvre pas la porte, on demande une autre clé et une fois à l’intérieur on voit qu’une personne possède déjà la chambre. A l’accueil on nous explique qu’ils ne savent pas et que c’est « bizarre ». Après plusieurs minutes d’attente là personne de l’accueil arrive à joindre le responsable et là on nous donne un autre chambre qui ne correspond pas du tout à notre demande initial (chambre avec 2 lits simple a la place d’un lit double). Aucun geste de la part du responsable et même pas d’excuse pour ce problème.

moyen il y a des mieux à ce prix

Tout d'abord après la réservation pas de remboursement en cas annulation à n'import quelle date, après l'hotel ne correspond pas comme c'est décrit sur le site et sur les photos,l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et dans l’escalier très peu de la lumière ou des fois même pas de tout, la fenêtre de la chambre pas de tout étanche un gros courant d'air qui rentre en plus pas de chauffage dans SDB et la porte non plus et la pomme de douche cassé, la surprise est à la fin la taxe de séjour n'est pas compris dans le tarif faut la régler à la fin de séjour en partant.

Accueil horrible et hotel sale

Accueil horrible à l'arrivée comme au départ. Pas un sourire ni un merci. Moisissure dans la salle de douche. Vous propose un parking à votre arrivée puis attendent le jour du départ pour vous dire qu'il était payant... Bruyant. A éviter !!!

La période de canicule n'est pas adapté pour un jugement impartial. Le passage dans la rue interdit de dormir fenêtre ouverte et l'insonorisation fenêtre fermée est bien adaptée. Le confort y est satisfaisant, le petit déjeuner cher mais complet. L'environnement propose tous les services: supérette, banque, traiteur, brasserie, à emporter.

Parfait pour un séjour affaire confortable

Hotel sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont propres et soignées. La pression d'eau pour les douches est un peu faible. Le quartier est calme sauf pour les rush de départ au travail (ce qui n'est pas gênant pour un séjour affaire) Par contre très peu de choix de restaurants à proximité.
