Beautiful room, good service, good breakfast, perfect for families. The place where the hotel is located is nice and with good ambient, in the center of Paris, near the Louvre and Notre Dame. We were very well and very comfortable, with wonderful matress and pillows

The hotel location was great round the corner was the chatelet metro. Staff were very helpful, however pictures of rooms were very deceiving and small. Breakfast was very busy and no seatsavailable to sit down. But overall a lovelt hotel.

Great location and clean.

The hotel staff are very nice. Check in and check out were really good and the app is very handy. Hotel location is brilliant. Not too close to all the big tourist places so you're not going to be surrounded by tourists at all times. Chatelet Metro really, really close. You can hear the metro in the hotel but we go to cities with Metro a lot and we quite like hearing the quiet rumble. Its close enough to everything though so really great location. It's quiet during the night. We faced into the courtyard rather than the street so it was quiet and peaceful. The local bars and restaurants are all really good with friendly staff. Cocktails and beers locally were brilliant too! The standard rooms are very small and decor really requiring an upgrade. Ripped wallpaper and only one chair for 2 people. Small bathrooms too but plumbing good. I have mobility difficulties so the small room was a bit of an issue for us with only about 30cm at one side of the bed and about 2cm clearance from the bathroom door. Minor though but the rooms could be better laid out. This no doubt is limited due to the unusual layout of the walls. Its also very hot in the rooms. Which is great when it was snowing and in the -ve temp figures outside. The replenishment of tea, coffee and bottles of water wasn't consistent. I guess you could ask reception for some but its a bit of a pain if you're tired after a long day out. The bed was comfortable and bedding, pillows and towels all great quality too.

El hotel está situado a centro de la ciudad,a corta distancia de Norte Dame, Sena , Placa de ayuntamiento y cerca de parada de metro. La habitación aunque estaba pequeña está muy cómoda nos sentimos como en casa. La ventana estaba mirando hacia el patio y escaleras de emergencia pero está situación da mucha tranquilidad y silencio por la noche porque no se escuchaba el ruido de la calle. La limpieza todo perfecto y limpio. Todo el personal de l hotel era muy amable sobretodo un chico de recepción que se llama Nas, nos facilito con consejos buenos sobre la estancia y la ciudad. Lo recomendo.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Metro ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Okay, am WE kann man absolut nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen, dort ist ordentlich und lange „was los“. Die Fenster sind allerdings dicht, es dringt keinerlei Lärm ins Zimmer!
