Very modest room small but cozy. The staff housekeeping and customer service was not friendly I feel unwelcome except for our first night the customer service are approachable, accommodating and friendly we never saw him again and I wish we did to let him know the hotel need a staff like him.

The room was as advertised and expected, however, we were not informed of the large construction site next door prior to our stay. It would have been nice to be informed or located to a room that’s window didn’t face the construction. Early each morning we woke to loud construction right outside our window and this was a disappointing factor to our stay. However, the staff member in the desk the day we arrived was very welcoming, which was nice after a late flight.

We flew into paris bva and got the shuttle we then walked to the hotel. It was very easy to find and the staff very pleasant even though it was late at night! We would definitely stay again.

The staff were great and really helpful. The location is ideal being just by the metro. You could hear the subway running because of the close proximity but not loud enough to affect/disturb sleep. Thanks for a great experience!!

Hotel was clean, well organised room was reasonably spacious, we had an upstairs bit for the kids which due freak us out abit because we didn't want them to come looking for us in the night and fall. I wonder about maybe switching the double and two singles. Breakfast was lovely, continental style. Nothing warm/cooked, Kitchen staff wasn't very polite. Wanted to leave the key when we went out, for safety, this made us feel uncomfortable.

Simple, clean rooms in a great location, just a few feet from Louise Michel metro station. The only thing lacking was an additional outlet to charge devices. Otherwise, this place is a winner.

Love that it’s super close to the train station, neighborhood groceries, pharamacy, dining, & convenience stores. They serve bread, cereal, yogurt, cheese & ham for breakfast. Room is small but cute, with loft. Bathroom is a little smelly, not sure where the odor is coming from.

en fait je suis arrivé et j ai été accueilli par un monsieur qui n a pas même pas baissé la musique qu il écoutait quand. je suis arrivé.il etait bien spécifié que je devais une somme pour les taxes de séjour indiqué sur ma réservation et il me dit a non désolé monsieur le site n est pas à jour donc j ai du payer plus que le prix indiqué avec hôtel.com .j ai pas aimé ce accueil pas du tout professionnel en plus toujours avec la musique bien fort plus pas de savon dans les douches …

À éviter

L’hôtel est bien situé et la réception est bien décorée, ce sont les seuls points positifs que je retiendrai. À l’arrivée le réceptionniste ne donne quasiment aucune info sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel ou sur la chambre.Une fois dedans la clim ne fonctionne pas la télé non plus. Je le signale au réceptionniste qui pour seule réponse indique que le problème est connu pour la clim et que quelqu’un doit venir le lendemain et pour la télé il me donne de nouvelles piles pour que je les change moi même dans la télécommande le tout sans jamais un sourire ni un petit mot pour s’excuser. Finalement la clim n’était pas en marche il fallait juste l’activer (quid du problème identifié ?). Enfin, une chambre au rez de chaussée avec la fenêtre de la salle de bain / wc qui donne sur une terrasse avec des tables et des chaises. La fenêtre donne littéralement sur une des tables si bien que vous prenez votre douche ou allez aux toilettes avec des gens qui discutent devant votre fenêtre (certes floutée). Bref très mauvaise expérience.

En noget blandet oplevelse.

Vi blev i første omgang indlogeret på et kælderværelse med mug og skimmel, samt uendelige mængder støv. (Se billede) Da vi nægtede at bo der fik vi et helt nyrenoveret værelse på 2. Sal. Dog virkede aircondition ikke og der var hedebølge udenfor. Vinduet kunne ikke lukkes helt og det var et problem, da der var en byggeplads lige ved siden af som brugte et trykluftsbor fra kl 8-17. Det er selvfølgelig ikke hotellets skyld, men det gerenerede meget og byggeriet vil tage mere end et år. Morgenmaden var middelmådig. Intet varmt. Ingen æg. Vi oplevede kun at der var frisk brød og croissantersamt skiveost en ud af 4 dage. Og vi sov ikke længe. Den ene dag duede kaffemaskinen ikke og selv om vi havde skrevet at vi havde en glutenallergiker, havde de glemt at sørge for brød til ham. Det måtte vi selv sørge for. Køkkenmutter var ikke just nogen humørspreder. Hun var mut og larmede med servicen uden at tage hensyn til gæsterne.. Selve hotellet var noget nedslidt med havde en fin placering i forhold til metroen. Vi vender ikke tilbage til det hotel.

Trato muy descortés

La persona a cargo de la recepción nocturna dormía a la hora de hacer mi check out. Muy descortés el trato, abone 3 días de desayuno y al hacer mi check out (00:04 am) no utilice un día de desayuno y el recepcionista fingió dormir, sin recibir respuesta alguna.
