A Fine Adjustment
The hotel was nice. I booked through Hotels.com but had to call the hotel directly to make an occupancy change. when we arrived, the hotel had no record of communication for the room change. The manager had a room available which suited our needs. The bathroom was not in the best condition with mold spots on the ceiling. We made a suggestion to Lysol the bathroom and wipe off the mold, which was not done. Thye main room was large and comfortable.

The Staff Could be Trained More.
Our stay was great until the last minute we were about to check out. To be honest, I am hesitant to write this review yet I believe the Hotel could learn something and improve. We arrived hotel at about mid night and our room was pre-paid. During check in, since the room had been paid we only be asked the city tax which we paid with card. The Hotel is situated in a great location, very stragegic for public transportation, room was clean and quiet. Overall the room was really great value for money. Then the issue happened in the very morning when we were about to check out / chase our train. During check in unfortunately the staff miss booked 1 cent (0.01 euro) and we were asked to close the bill. We were cooperatively paying with 2 euro coin, then the staff give us 1.95 change without saying anything?? My wife counted it and asked them to return 1.99 to be exact. The staff was busy trying to find 4 cents and after 11 minutes they eventually gave the change completely. This kind of problem should not be happened in the first place. Our experience was all great and yet we left with not great memory about the hotel is very unfortunate. Hope this kind of issue could be discussed and the staff could handle it with more flexibility. It was the hotel who miss booked 1 cent and the customer was cooperatively cover the mistake.

Hotel Lena
Great to find this place when we arrived at about midnight. The area around wasn’t exactly friendly at that time of night so we were happy to find somewhere safe and comfortable. Close to gard du nord and the metro with nice boulongeries and monmarte close by the next morning. The rooms are tight but clean and comfortable. Would stay again but arrive at different time. One negative would be the renovations starting early in the next room quite early but I guess they have to start some time. For the price and location, very good.

Hotel Léna is a charm in the middle of the busy streets in the area. It is chic, beautiful and close to restaurants and most importantly to the Gare du Nord (3 minutes walking!). The staff was helpful and the room is very luxurious (we stayed at a very small room but it was still very nice).

I would definitely stay again
Staff manning reception desk were friendly and helpful. Hotel looks as if it has recently been refurbished and public areas were clean and well decorated. There is a lift to the upper floors so guests don't have to struggle up the stairs with heavy luggage. Bedroom and shower room were very clean. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked. Despite my room being next to the lift it was very quiet as was the air-conditioning unit in my room so I slept soundly. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants and is just a few minutes walk away from Gare du Nord so it is ideally placed for Eurostar travellers. My only minor criticism is that the ensuite shower room is quite small but for me staying for one night it wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very tired, it would benefit from refurbishment. The shower was not fit for purpose, it was mouldy and unclean. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in its current state

The room was ok. The 4th floor had a strong wet/mildew odour. Didn’t love that. The room had a funny sound come and go through our stay. Luckily I am a decent sleeper.

Our hotel room had a few things that were broken (closet and wallpaper) this made the room feel a little dirty. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was very good. The location is not great, but the staff was happy to give good recommendations

The rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in Paris. If you tend to get warm or need air circulation, this can be an issue. If the staff does not feel it’s cool enough to turn on the AC. I managed by opening the window and felt safe doing so. the front desk, staff is extremely helpful and courteous.

Nice stay with great service at the front desk and a solid breakfast. Convenient location near Gare du Nord made traveling from London very easy.Walkable Room was a little bit small, but very clean and updated.

There is mold in the bathroom which I am severely allergic to. I had to switch to another hotel last minute. When informing the front desk about this situation and the decision, the staff was giving me an attitude that I have never experienced in any hotel. Stay away - google reviews have a lot more other angry comments about this hotel.

The hotel is stunning and well located near to Gare du Nord (making it an easy location to get nearly anywhere in Paris on foot or metro). The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us get checked in and up to our room quickly. The lobby area was very stylish and smelt very good! The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful and the room looked great and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Lena is a beautiful boutique hotel which has been finished to a very high standard. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back on a future visit to Paris. Thanks to the staff for the warm weather and for the extra Earl Grey tea bags!

Pros: wonderful comfy bed and bedding, perfectly tidy room every day, restocking on small toiletries and room coffee supplies when needed. Excellent amenities, location and metro services. Clean. Room was super small but very well appointed Cons: stingy with bath towels ( i requested via a note from housekeeping no extras were given I was showering morning and night so 2 towels for 2 people was a push. Asked for room with a view. Was advised these were prioritised for.ppl who booked directly with hotel, not via expedia. We were given a back view. The shower in room 203 was super confusing to work. And the roilet seat was cracked down the middle which was awkward to use incase it pinched. Needs replaced. Door for bathroom is sliding so no secrets of whats happening in the loo between you and your roommate 😂

I really liked the modern lobby area as well as the room we stayed in, but WAY too small. If you are travelling from overseas, please bring a small carry-on luggage. The washrooms could use a bit of an upgrade especially the showers...very hard to maneuver around (and I am petite) and water was constantly getting all over the floor which was quite bothersome. There was also quite a bit of noticeable black mold all around the window area...I'm hoping the hotel can look into that...

Big comfortable bed and friendly staff. However bathroom was not in a good state (no fixing for shower head so had to hold while using) and water took a long time to reach a good temperature. Also shower curtain in place instead of cubicle. Weird smell coming from the heating. This was fine for one night but probably not any longer, would have expected a nicer bathroom for the money I paid.

Tiny rooms with no storage but a lovely little boutique hotel nonetheless. Friendly staff and great location near Gare de l’Est. The indoor food market opposite is absolutely fantastic too!
