Wasn’t able to do early check in but staff was very nice to help us with luggage storage. Room was spacious and spotless, location is very convenient to all the restaurants we wanted to try. Will def come back if we visit malais!

The 1st room on the ground floor is not appropriate/ suitable as a guest room. It is next to the hotel kitchen, public toilet and door opens to reception lobby area. Very noisy. Luckily the staff were understanding and gave us another room the following night.

This hotel is very clean and the staff was wonderful. It’s in a great location, near restaurants, boulangeries, shops and the metro. I would stay here again.

We got stuck in the elevator which clearly states holds 5 ppl we were 4 ppl. The rude manager didn’t even offer us a coffee for what we went through. She kept saying it’s not our fault. She said this happened last Friday as well. Obviously there’s a problem with it. Overall never going back for reasons of the awful customer service. She was extremely rude.

Ideal short stop over spot

Short business stay in Bastile, and this hotel was a great little find. Ideally located near the metro, and only a few minutes from the event I was attending. Hotel was very clean, nice bedrooms and very clean. Breakfast was sparse for the cost, however, there are plenty of great little cafes within a minute or two’s walk.

They were very accommodating since I arrived. Staff is friendly, helpful and overall efficient. Great property within walking distance from most major city attractions. I like to walk so it took about 15-20 mins to walk to Notre Dame, The Louvre and many restaurants and coffee shops. They made my first time in Paris truly a great experience. 10/10 would stay there for my next visit.
