We loved our two nights at this hotel, which we chose because of all the other glowing reviews on here! Great location, wonderful staff, and our room was terrific—we did not expect a balcony; even in late December we loved being out there to see the neighborhood from above after a long day of enjoying all Paris has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel on a quiet corner. Paris is a busy city and never did we hear any street noise. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak English very well. I would stay again no question.

This hotel is reason enough to visit Paris

From the moment we arrived it was wonderful, the staff are articulate, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Whilst all of the staff were wonderful adam was particularly superb and an asset to the business. The room was lovely, mattress extremely comfortable, a nespresso machine and the codage products were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and great restaurant recommendations. The location is excellent. This hotel alone is reason enough to revisit Paris

This is a gem of a hotel in a super convenient and safe area. Lots of dining and shopping options! Close to metro and many Paris attractions. Beds were sooo comfortable and staff was kind, friendly and helpful.

This hotel was incredibly well managed and a pleasure to stay in. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Bathrooms were very big for European standards and the products in the bathrooms worked and smelled great-- no need to pack shampoo and body wash! Beds were comfortable and the windows open to centuries-old churches and cafes. Like the picture of Paris you've always had in your head. Truly a dreamy experience!! Would recommend without reservation.

This is a lovely property with quality in service and products at its heart. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were lush and sizable. I enjoyed having a tea pot and cups to enjoy daily tea. My husband and I enjoyed eating a light meal on the balcony one evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful, greeting us as we entered or left for the day, answering questions, offering help with our baggage. The neighborhood is two blocks from the Cluny Museum, several blocks from Shakespeare and Company Bookstore, and the Cathedral of Notre Dame. It’s a great place to walk or take a Metro, with two stations nearby. The restaurants in the immediate area cater to English speaking tourists, so for better food options, go to Boulevard Saint Germain. We enjoyed The Bistro des Lettres two nights in a row. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay at this same property upon a future trip to Paris.

The staff was very nice. One of their staff Mr. Amir was the best. I have never seen such nice staff member in hospitality. He made the stay of our group of friends very memorable by providing the best service one can ask for. When our whole group will be back after our daily excursion, he will provide us complimentary, tea, wine, cakes and so many goodies. However, very disappointed with the cleanliness, the towels that we left all the floor that need to changed were just picked up from floor, folded and kept back on racks and it was not in one room but happened with 2 other rooms in our friends group. We could find this as the my wife dropped drop of eyeliner and wife and it was still there in the new towels.

The hotel staff was exceptional. Although the room rate was a bit pricey, the hotel was located in the Latin Qtr, where we wanted to be, close to restaurants and sight seeing. This hotel was a departure from are previous visits to Paris, where we stayed in a more residential area. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. On occasions we partook in their afternoon tea/ coffee time, where complementary drinks and pastries were available to the hotel guests. Who can resist a good cup of coffee and a croissant after a long day!? The Hotel Parc Saint Séverin is a first class hotel. We recommend it and would definitely stay there again.
