Clean place, metro is <10min walk away. Shared bathroom was not an issue for me, the only thing to note is that the hotel is beside a busy highway so do not expect total serenity. Breakfast is all carbs (bread, cereal, coffee, juice)

What this hotel doesn't say, it's a hostel style. You have barely any room to move. Nowhere to hang your clothes. You can even clean your teeth while sat on the toilet it's that small. The beds are extremely hard and the sheets barley fit the bed. Every time you move it's moves with you. We also had the cleaner knocking on the door the day we were leaving telling us to get out before the checkout time. Also we wasn't informed that there was building work being done on the hotel. We was woke up one morning with a builder at the window banging.

Close to Bus Station, construction noise could be heard inside the room at day time, room, toilet and bath areas were quite small. Their room is ideal for single occupants, not suitable to heavy built guests.

Hotel F1
It's a budget hotel we were there for a short city brake and really nice hotel and warm also shower has very hot water brilliant after a long day out December freezing cold it hashair dryer as well.

Nice staff, quick check in, room was basic and not really anywhere to hang your clothes but we were ok, it was shared bathrooms but they were always clean and never busy, only issue I had was the pillow disappeared when you lie your head on it so need two or harder pillows. I would stay here again if in Paris

Unpleasant Surprises at hotelF1
I honestly did not have the best experience with hotelF1 Paris Porte de Châtillon. When I first got there, the girl with glasses at the front was very rude and unhelpful. On Hotels.com the description for the Tandem room did not clearly state that there was no private bathroom. Beware that only rooms that state clearly that there are private bathrooms have private bathrooms, if not, each floor shares one bathroom with 3 toilets and 3 showers, coed. When I got to my room the room seemed okay however I realized that the window looked over a very large cemetery. I wasn't aware that this hotel was next to a cemetery and so if you are someone that is superstitious or doesn't want to sleep with a view of tombs as far as the eye can see, this hotel may not be for you. Additionally in my room, the sheets and blankets were not clean with blotches on them and on the floor next to my bed there were about 5 squashed bugs (looked like bed bugs or tiny cockroaches). After mentioning this to the staff they did move me to a new room that was cleaner with a view of the highway however this room because of the sounds of the cars on the highway made it hard to sleep. The great thing about this hotel is that it's only around 15-20 minutes away from Paris Orly Airport (ORY) by car. That is all it has going for it unfortunately.

Nice for a short trip
Nice hotel, good location for public transport. Room are small but manageable. No soap provided in bathroom and when we asked for extra pillows as advertised in the room we were told they don’t have any, that you must ask in the mornings. That wasn’t helpful as we were only booked for 1 night and couldn’t check in until 2pm. Staff were friendly.

I dis not realize that the washroom was down the hall and unisex. If you just want a room to sleep on n while visiting Paris this is economical and clean.

Pros: beds were comfortable, reasonable value breakfast, clean bathrooms Cons: shared bathrooms was a surprise not clear from the booking description, no cupboard/drawers, slightly long walk to the Metro if you dont want to waste a ticket on the tram to go one stop

Fine for a very short stay
Fine for a very short stay and I slept ok, but this is more a hostel with some hotel rooms, rather than a hotel. Very clean and team seem friendly. Be ready for the crowds in the morning.

Good stay - problem with Ants
Check in went super smooth, beds were comfortable! There was an ant problem that we didn’t notice until our last day - lots of ants were found on the table and in the corners. The shared bathrooms were clean enough and the room was quiet!

The property was great and the hostel was amzing. Clean rooms and bathrooms despite the bathrooms being shared. The area however felt a bit unsafe and was a bit dirty. We decided to get ubers at night as we were a group of girls. During the day was fine :)

TL;DR I’d definitely recommend, but know that you’re getting what you pay for. Reading some of the previous reviews (after booking with no refunds) I worried what we were in for (“no towels”, “dark alleyway”, “dirty sheets”, “above a nightclub”). We experienced none of the problems mentioned. So, the accommodation is incredibly basic (the room had: bed, sink, table, chair, TV and nothing else!) but that’s what you’re paying for! We got a medium towel each, so maybe take your own if you can. The place was clean, even the communal toilets/showers. We never had a problem getting a toilet or shower. The breakfast looked pretty basic (cereal, bread and a few pastries) from our peek. The main downside is the area; it’s a little rundown, but felt perfectly safe, even at night; it’s about an hour walk from the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. We also asked for extra pillows, but they never arrived.

Room was clean and quiet. Great value for Paris. It was a short walk to the tram line, and one stop to the Metro. From there, it was direct to the restaurants and shopping in the 6th arrondissement.

Good, centric and clean, nice for the price paid
I stayed at the hotel to attend Roland Garros. Location wise, it wasn’t the best for my purpose as it would take around 45min to arrive by public transport. However it should work fine for the more traditional touristic places. It was always clean and very friendly staff.

The bathroom was very small it was more like a hostel then a hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone the rating looks fake to me. The location was middle of nowhere not good with kids.
