Good
Overall, was good. Heater kept going on and off so room was never fully warm and room is nosey if you are facing onto main road. Staff was quite rude when checking in but apart from that was fine

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED The room was too small, with only a sink in it. There were no toiletries, no soap, nothing. The shared bathrooms were not cleaned regularly and were often clogged with used tissues. The page mentions free breakfast but it doesn't mention that it is for ONLY 1 PERSON. The second person has to pay 7.5 euros for their breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was extremely limited in options and the cheapest quality food was served there. The neighbourhood, Saint Ouen, was filthy and dangerous.

Better than some reviews suggest
Overall this was cheap and pleasantly pleasing from the reviews I had read. Best to to describe it is it reminded me of student halls. That being said you are not staying in a luxury hotel was cleaned regularly. I would definitely stay again as the experience was not bad

Just bad.
The rooms had bed bugs, the check in was ludicrously long and they sent us to a cash point because their card machine wasnt working to pay tax despite the fact we'd just been travelling all day and didnt know where we were, they tried on multiple nights to tell us our booking was over, and we had to argue with the front desk staff and show them our receipts, they walked in on us whilst we were changing to do this one night and didnt apologize for walking in or for getting it wrong, and they changed the code to our door nightly, and ignored do not disturb signs. Cheapest place we could find, so not worth it.

Central A/C was broken and rooms were extremely hot inside. Was difficult to stay even in common areas. Very noisy outside, so leaving the window open also drove to make sleeping harder. Night Shift reception guy was really rude. Complained to Expedia in the first day, and even after no solution from the platform also. Bad support as the hotel itself. Summary: don’t stay in the hostel and don’t choose Expedia to intermediate booking for you as you cannot count on them in a timely manner if a problem occurs.

We didn’t know that there was no air conditioning. The place doesn’t look safe. There are homelessness nearby. It’s hot and noisy from the cars on the road.

This property was filled with bed bugs who had just eaten and were huge. It was extremely noisy outside the property, dirty and the large amounts of homeless and intoxicated people on the corner near the hotel made the area dangerous and unpalatable for my family. The rooms were extremely small and dirty. The breakfast was poor, coffee machine was broken, and it way too expensive for the offerings.

The beds are absolutely shocking. The mattress is so hard, we both contemplated sleeping on the floor for a better nights sleep. When we first arrived we had to pay €57 to have a shower/toilet in our room, despite there being no option/info on a shared bathroom on booking. Terrible service

Good enough for the price
Despite the Hotel stays in a not so good neighbourhood, the Hotel is clean and confortable enough for the price payed. Just have a bad first impression with the first receptionist who made our checkin. She was not friendly as we imagine for a reception of a Hotel.

They speak good English but I asked for an extra pillow nearly every night and didn’t get one. The area is kind of rural so it’s hard to settle in nicely but it’s not too far from the eiffle tower

The rooms are not as advertised They are far too small for the price advertised. Subtitles on the TV do not work, there is no kettle in the room, hot water in the coffee machine doesn’t work and once luggage’s are kept there is no space to walk around. Breakfast not worth the price (€6.50/person). Overall very disappointed with the stay and facilities provided at the venue. Will not be booking again.

The building and rooms are pretty good but the desk staff is horrible. When we arrived our reservation didn’t exist for them and besides having a Free breakfast on our reservation, they didn’t let us have it. Also they charged is different from our reservation.

Allan el recepcionista muy buen servicio y muy amable , y todo muy bien limpio , el desayuno podría mejorar con un poco de variedad de alimentos y las porciones , y las cásales de afuera me sentí muy amenazador por los tips de personas afuera , casi me robaron la bolsa un día see a del hotel , hay que recomendar a los huéspedes que tengan cuidado en donde caminan ! Overall, for the price it was worth it. Something to note, it is outside the zones of Paris so need to get the travel card for zones 1-5. Somewhat of a sketchier area, but if with friends or someone else it is perfectly safe. Near many metros and bus strops, so easy to get around.

No towels for the feet, extremely tiny room, no hair dryer on the romm. They don’t change the towels so they where smelling like humidity (and the pillow too). Only 1 plug next to the bed and the other was on the wall next to the bathroom

Per staff, the rooms have a centralized air system; however, it never went on the whole day with 85 Fahrenheit degree. I was sweating all night long. I couldn't open the window because was so noisy outside. Property is next to a highway. There are so many homeless and junkies around the property that I felt very unsafe.

The hotel was not very good, when booking it, it had a different description to what it actually was. It had a double bed instead of 2 single beds. The toilet and shower was not included in the room it was public to share with everyone which was unhygienic and they weren’t clean. The breakfast was the same options each day and there wasn’t much variety. The cleaners came to the room each day without notice. Definitely will not book again.

Receptionist couldn't find our reservation and we have been waiting to finish check in for about an hour with only one room ready for us. Another room been given a couple of hrs later but was allocated 10rooms away from 1st one - we are a family with 3 kids.
