Pleasantly surprised at how nice, clean and modern the accommodations were. The room was very clean, staff very smiley and friendly, and my room facing the courtyard had a pretty architectural view and importantly the room was very quiet. I would stay here again.

We had a nice room, the breakfast was OK. The staff was excellent and had local knowledge. The area around the hotel is OK with shops. Transport to central Paris is EXCELLENT. 15-30 central Paris buy train/metro.

It was overall ok, the cleaning wasn’t done the best when I asked for it and I found towel thrown under the sink which was not good. Sometimes if you’re too nice they’re too friendly and doesn’t do the job properly they forget you are an actual guest who pays to be there.

Frustrating stay

This hotel was not what I expected. The shower head didn’t work properly and soaked the bathroom. I needed to use every towel to clean up the mess. Housekeeping removed all the towels but never gave me new ones. When I told the front desk they mentioned some bathrooms were being upgraded and I could have just asked for more towels.

I had an impeccable stay at the Howard Sur Seine Hotel. Situated in a perfect little city just on the border of Paris, the area is very peaceful and quiet with plenty of direct access to Paris. The staff was just superb! They went above and beyond to meet all special requests. The hotel's cleanliness, decor, and environment made the stay so much more pleasant. It is the absolute best! Very peaceful and therapeutic environment. My husband and I are gracious for their incredible hospitality. Beautiful, Superb, and Impeccable! The Howard Sur Seine Hotel was possibly the best stay I ever had in all of France, which says a lot! I will be staying again in the future in addition to referring family and friends.

Excellent hotel, i can only recommend it. The staff is super friendly. We had great discussions about life :) Our room was perfect. We had a view to the Seine. It was clean! The person who set up the sound system is super smart as the sound just come from above the bed. The bathroom is super, the product they provide are high quality. The brand is NUXE and i love Nuxe. Everything was perfect, we will stay again. We did stay the new year eve, and the staff was accommodating when we asked to checkout a bit later. Thank you for the great experience and please keep the quality high ;)

Unfortunately for us, the hotel did not have a working elevator and we were on the top (3rd) floor - that put a bit of a damper on the stay. That said ... staff was generally great, responsive and helpful. They got us taxi's as needed. A trip into the city is about 12 EU for two, is about a 4 minute walk that is generally well lit (one street might be seen as sketchy). You are in a good overall neighborhood. Room was a bit larger than other boutique hotels although we did have a higher rated room. The cost - relative to other locations - was not terrible. We enjoyed a very small balcony overlooking the Seine. Bathroom: very handsome. The buffet for breakfast was quite excellent, with some cold meats, a fairly wide variety of cheeses/dairy, cappuccino, juices, baked goods. Chocolate croissant stood out, so did this odd little fruit and apples. We were able to head into the city quickly, full and with a full container of ice water and get there very, very quickly via rail. Staff at the hotel recommended a taxi the first day and that was definitely a mistake. Took too long, too expensive. A good stay; the only thing I can say is that the AC never really got cold in a US way. Then again heat in Paris on our stay was around 95 degrees.
