Excellent for going to the Parc des Princes by public transport (289 bus) which was the purpose of our trip.

Good value for money. Clean room and really comfortable mattress. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was only a short walk to the train station or bus stop. We ate out at a pizzeria close by on our second night and had a nice meal. The area felt safe and it was only half an hour or so to get into central Paris on the train.

The area was good and just 45 min from Effie tower. Good transport link to the area and the bus stop just in front of the door. The room amenities were basic, no soap over the sink, no water or boiler. But overall, I recommend that for a quick visit.

The room and beds were uncomfortable, breakfast was not enough and if you were late even the breakfast time was not over they were out of food. They didn’t charge the sheets everyday and the sheets has a hole on it, the room doesn’t have hair dryer, fridge, coffee maker . The toilet was separated from the sink. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone

You get what you pay for
Rooms are cheap but location is an issue. There are no nearby train stations and definitely no metro. The nearest ones are a min 10-15 min walk. Rooms are very small

it’s a fine place
The hotel is fine for a night or two but the room is small and there is only one restroom ans it is located downstairs!! and the bathroom is super small! The staff is VERY nice and helpful. The breakfast (6€) is good for the price! Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Stayed over the weekend and everything were perfect for me and my family. Very friendly staff. Good location, just 10-15 min. drive to the center of Paris. The only problem with the hotel was little stain on the night shelf, missed by cleaner.

The room was good and clean apart from the fact that there were these little flies all over the ceiling, especially around the windows. This is probably not true for all rooms, but this was a particular problem in our room and therefore disappointed our stay there.

Have to pay twice for the room !
Hotel was clean and quiet. But Manager of the hotel ask me to pay twice for the room even if already was paid on hotel.com. Hotel. com charge me for the room in us dollar, I'm really disapointed and surprise because I choose Euros for the currency as I'm french with a european bank account. So I have to pay currency extra change for this reservation.

ok, heart of town
Perfect location nearby Paris. Facility is comfortable, but bathroom need some fixing (sinkhole almost blocked). At least it worths the price.

Bus stop is outside of the hotel. But, it is pretty far from the metro station, long walking distance from hotel to the metro station.

Good deal for the money. Doesn't include parking.
The best thing about the hotel is the price and there is a boulangerie right around the corner. It's not a far walk to the Issy metro station. The bad part was that there is very limited parking. We had to park on the street the first night. They said you have to make a separate reservation for parking and it's an additional 9 Euros per night. We were able to use their underground parking garage for the rest of our 1 week stay. The hotel room is extremely small and simple, but we made it work for me, my wife, and our 17 year old daughter who slept in the bunk bed. Hair dryer and iron are not in the room but can be borrowed from the front desk.

Good Value and Clean
This is an area I know well - the Ibis Budget is a very basic (but immaculately clean) hotel, with helpful and friendly front desk personnel. If you wish to stay in a location that allows easy access to Paris (via the Tramway T2 or RER line C), then this will fit your needs. The local area is quiet (and safe) and there are a few decent places to eat.

Good spot at the fringe of Paris. Car needed.
Al lgood except be clear with the reception...we did not get breakfast due to a miscomm...and almost nearly an indoor parking lot as well!

The location of the hotel was great close approximity to bus and train stations, French bakery on the corner, super markets and great restaurants. Hotel has paid affordable parking.
