Staff when checking in very helpful and friendly, the staff member when checking out was rude and accused our friends of eating breakfast there and not paying for it. She even went to check with another member of staff if they seen us at breakfast. The room was very basic, fine just for one night but VERY loud, did not get a good sleep due to the noise outside.

The receptionist took a long time to attend to us and put us on the 4th floor, but the elevator was broken. He said all you had to do was take the elevator, as if he didn't know it was broken. There was even a sign on the elevator door warning about it. We had to climb stairs with heavy luggage. The bathroom smelled like sewage.

Small rooms, tiniest elevator you will ever see but it works. Very good location and friendly staff. Did not eat at the breakfast buffet but looked good. Our room to the courtyard was very quiet. Great bakeries in walking distance. Would stay again if I had a couple of days and needed to take the train out of Gare de l’Est.

Tout le personnel est adorablement gentil et prévenant. Toujours prêt à remplir votre gourde d’eau bien fraîche. Le gérant nous a même proposé de regarder les feux d’artifice du 14 juillet, depuis la terrasse de l’hôtel. Quel magnifique moment! Un très grand merci à Silvio et toute son équipe!

Quarto com tamanho bom. Mas tinha carpete e o elevador é muito pequeno (só cabe uma pessoa). Café da manhã bom. Localização prática (perto de estações de trem e metrô), mas pode causar algum desconforto para quem tem medo de regiões com muitos pedintes. Não vi nada grave quanto à insegurança, mas há muitos imigrantes na região, de fato.

Meine Mutter und ich hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel - insbesondere dank des super netten Personals und der tollen Lage!
