They lied to us and said they have parking and also the front desk person said the breakfast is on the room and free but when we were leaving they charged us. When I asked him but you said it is free, he acted that he did not said that so we just paid for the breakfast too. It was very stressful to find a parking around the hotel. The hotel has no area that we could stop and empty our luggages from our car. Very busy street and bus stop in front of hotel The room itself was small but clean. Strangely it had no hand soap so we had to wash our hands with shower gel. Metro was very close to hotel. If we had no car, it would have been a convenient place to stay in.

My room was very small, and so that it was difficult to walk from one side of the bed to the other (I had to leave the main bedroom and re-enter it from the other side. That said, I liked the vibe of the place: very eco-conscious, a nice bar (I did not eat n the restaurant, but it looked welcoming), and an interesting multi-national and young-ish clientele.

Good hotel, enjoyed my stay there. Room was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but nonetheless it was comfortable. Good breakfast selection and right across the road from a metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff members. Bit of noise at night from sirens etc, but it is a capital city. I would recommend and stay there again.

Staff was very kind. Really love Mohammed's quick thinking about booking us an Taxi for the airport in advance, given the on-going strikes. While the hotel is nice and felt secure, the room layout did not allow for enough freedom of movement especially if we are 2 individuals sharing a bed. Overall, we had a good experience.

They exceeded my expectations on every level, all the staff were so friendly, the room was clean, the cafe was beautiful and they even gave little solid soaps made in France for the shower

Fabulous
Fabulous service, great moder decor, yummy quality pizzas at the on-site restaurant, good security, convenient to buses and metro. In room tea and coffee. This hotel is almost on the peripherique so not central but on the metro you can get anywhere in Paris.

First the location is great, a train station isn’t just 2mi it’s walk distance. Then the atmosphere of the hotel and vibes overall. As soon as you enter there is the staff just willing to help you and very attentive with your needs. There is a very pleasant cafe/ bar & restaurant area at the lobby when you can chill have a drink or a bite. The room was clean, contemporary looks and a comfortable bed, to me the place hit out the park! Love it 💜

Stayed here for 4 nights on a trip to Paris. Metro line 11 just metres away will take you into central Paris to the Latin quarter for €1.90. Bakery right next door as well as a McDonald's and a supermarket around the corner. Lovely friendly bar and restaurant across the road and an Irish pub 5 mins walk away. Breakfast at the hotel was good, their pizzas in the evening are excellent. Rooms are a decent size for a capital city and La Belle Ville is one of the cleanest I've been in. Really enjoyed our stay here and Paris was amazing.

What a fabulous place to stay. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Pizza options where great for dinner. Easy access into central Paris via the metro. Rooms comfortable and very clean with good coffee/tea facilities. Can't fault our stay loved it - thank you

The A/C was broken, and they offered no assistance or apologized about that. We asked for a fan since the room had no windows you could open and they didn’t have one.

Such a cute place with a comfy bed and it was quiet too. Nice hot shower. The area is fantastic. So many young people going out to dinner. Ate at Cheri-Cherie down the street. Food was fantastic. Wanted to go to the cool cemetery about a 20 min walk away but ran out of time. You should check it out though. The photos looked great. I think we had a new person checking us in because the person checking in others next to us seemed a lot more informative. I had to ask questions that I had bc so had overheard the other clerk mention things. Besides that, the staff was very friendly.

La Belle Ville was the perfect solution of an affordable place while boasting of being new with modern ecofriendly exterior design and accessible via the Porte des Lilas metro right in front of the hotel. The place was pleasantly soundproof from the outside traffic noise as well as adjoining other guest rooms, which was important to me because I am a light sleeper. My only suggestions on the hotel was about the bathroom. I had the classic hotel which was just the right size for a solo traveler. The bathroom sink was a bit shallow so water got splashed on the floor no matter how carefully I used the sink. Also, the shower stall only had partial glass wall, which again splashed water onto the floor towel. One other minor thing. I used the electronic kettle in the room to make coffee. The mug did not have handle and was a little too hot to handle. Perhaps replace with mug with handle or provide a paper mug holder. Plus points though for supplying complimentary bottled (as in glass) water, consistent with being ecofriendly theme of the building. The best thing for me about La Belle Ville was the staff. Lauren graciously waived the first night fee due to my delayed flight. Agatha welcomed me with a smile, accommodated my request for utensils, questions on directions, train schedules, and even gave me some French lessons (Comment sa va? Je vais bien.). My enjoyable stay at La Belle Ville set me on a merveilleuse aventure a Paris. Merci beaucou!

Beautiful new hotel - rooms are lovely. The metro station is super close. Added bonus is that there is a pizzeria located in the hotel serving up fabulous pizzas. A definite must & will be back.
