Fantastic hotel. The level of customer service is exceptionally high, but also well balanced with not feeling uncomfortable. The hotel itself is very well decorated and also smells notably very nice throughout. Have no comments to make on improvements, very good value for what felt like a high-end experience.

The design of the guest rooms was impeccable. So many well thought of details that I appreciated. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations. They were also very responsive and helpful via email prior to our arrival. The restaurant food was average but there are many amazing restaurants within a block of the hotel to dine in. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed there in November, and the fact that it had a sauna instead of a pool was very convenient, and the staff's smiling customer service made us want to come back to France again. Correspondence via email before the visit was smooth and helpful.

You should absolutely stay here!

I honestly could not recommend this hotel more. It was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. It was ever so slightly off the beaten path, while also in a clean & safe neighborhood. The metro was no more than 100 ft from the front door. The staff was beyond accommodating. The restaurant had outstanding food, and the bar had a lovely atmosphere (rooftop, a ground floor!) If we return to Paris, I will stay here 100 times over.

Wonderful in every single way

I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped in here. They even brought us vegan bakes and a cake for my husbands birthday, knowing we are vegan. They just thought of everything, every little detail was incredible. I got food poisoning towards the end of our stay (not from the hotel) and they were so accommodating and let us check out late and have a few extra hours to sleep and rest before our train home. Honestly I don’t think I will ever stay anywhere else in Paris.

New hotel which only opened recently. Staff were exceptional and couldn’t have been more helpful. We weee going to the RWC and they arranged transport there and back and followed up to make sure all in order. Plan to stay here again next time in Paris.

Incredible service and attention to details! Very central location in Paris! We had the chance to discover Chef’s Crenn’s cuisine and had a wonderful moment! La Fantaisie is a one of a kind hotel and staying here was an experience in itself. Every surface of the interior is decorated to perfection and create a truly fantasy-full atmosphere. The rooms are a delight to stay in with the most comfortable beds, linens and accessories for all of the needs of a guest. We stayed in a garden view room which overlooked the gorgeous secret garden-esque patio below. The rooftop patio is a perfect place to end your day with an Aperol spritz with views of the Paris skyline. The staff are all so lovely and helpful and have the perfect manners and attitude that suit the hotel. We were given access to the spa and facilities as soon as we arrived which was a perfect way to recover after an international flight. La Fantaisie has now set the bar very high for all future hotel stays for me. I can’t recommend it enough. Merci beaucoup La Fantaisie! Je t’adore. ❤️
