Satisfaits de notre séjour à l’hôtel Mercure

Très bon accueil, chambre familiale avec 2 enfants spacieuse, propre, d’un état général convenable. Excellent accueil au restaurant très sympa avec les enfants nous avons apprécié. Nous retournerons volontiers dans cet hôtel à l’occasion d’un nouveau séjour.

After paying the staff informed us (3 rooms) that the AC was broken. I had important guest that can not sleep without AC. The hotel refuse to pay back our money. We left and had to check into another hotel with a working AC. How can I get my money back. Ban this place.

Dieses Hotel hat zwei ganz starke Vorteile: 1) die Lage und 2) das Personal Die Lage direkt an der Metro-Station, mehrere Restaurants/Imbisse direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal ist wirklich klasse. Wir hatten 3 Anfragen zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten und wurden jedes Mal klasse beraten bzw. wurden unsere Wünsche jedes Mal erfüllt. Auch das Essen / Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Diese Stärken überdecken die nicht so schönen Eigenschaften des Hotels. Es ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man in den Zimmern (teilweise dreckige oder kaputte Möbel, Lampen) und auch im Foyer (z.B. uralte durchgesessene Couchen). Leider fubktionierte auch die Klimaanlage nicht, obwohl es in der Buchung stand. Stattdessen hat jedes Zimmer einen Ventilator. Wie gesagt, Lage und Personal sind klasse. Der Rest ist max. Mittelmass.

Équipe à l’accueil très sympathique par contre pas de clim en pleine canicule du mois de juin Chambre à la limite de la propreté mais pour 1 nuit ça passe. Rue très bruyante sans clim il a fallut ouvrir la fenêtre où on a subit jusqu’à 4h00 du matin beaucoup de bruits, cris, circulation …

Rooms are OK. Not much in the way of coffee/ tea/ milk. No Air con and broken fan in the room however did move us to a different room where fan worked so not bad. A little out of the way so not really walkable to the centre of the city and attractions however very close to metro and easy to get metro to anywhere. Close to eateries and shops

夜遅いフィルハーモニー鑑賞後のことを考え、宿泊した。内装の劣化が進み、少し不快なところもあったが、最低限のホテル仕様は満たしていた。ロビーの方々の対応（タクシー手配など）などは良かった。

Bonne surprise

Après avoir lu des avis présentant cet hôtel comme à fuir, vétuste et insalubre, je m'attendais à un séjour catastrophique. Cela n'a pas été le cas, loin s'en faut ! L'accueil a été courtois et attentif, la chambre spacieuse et la literie confortable. Certes, on voit que les moquettes et peintures ne sont pas de toute première fraîcheur et mériteraient un rafraichissement, mais dans l'ensemble nous avons été satisfaits et nous n'adhérons pas du tout aux critiques négatives que nous avons pu lire. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec la cité de la musique et le zénith, et effectivement il est à quelques minutes à pied. De plus il dispose d'un parking, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Paris

Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und bemüht. Sie haben gleich alles geklärt und waren sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat auch noch den Vorteil, dass es 2 min zu der Metro Station ist.

Das Zimmer ist höchstens ein 2 Stern Hotel und dies auch nur wegen der Lage. Die Metrostation ist nur ein Paar Gehminuten entfernt das ist auch schon das einzig tolle. Die Zimmer sind sehr Renovierungsbedürftig, sehr Laut (Strasse und auch sehr Hellhörig im Zimmer selber). Nicht Sauber. Einfach nicht wie Beworben.
