Room was small, but comfortable. Watch your toes when youre in the washroom as there is a door stopper on the floor that would love to break one or two of them! Washroom is really small for a 4 star hotel. What interaction we had with staff was courteous and efficient.

The bed was like sleeping on cement. It was unbearably hard. My friend in another room agreed. Doesn’t matter about anything else if you can’t actually sleep. I will never stay at a Paris Mercure again. Oh, I have slept on hard mattresses before in europe but this literally was unbearable and the hardest ever!

The room was not properly clean, and both the pillows and duvet had an unpleasant smell. The lift was also very narrow, fitting only two people at a time, which was inconvenient.

Sehr gute Lage, unfassbar gutes Frühstück! Großes Zimmer, sehr liebes Personal! Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Vor allem das Frühstück muss ich nochmal erwähnen, das war wirklich super lecker, große Auswahl und es gab sogar frisch gepressten Saft! Was will man mehr? 10/10!
