Good location for basic amenities, the reception staff were good at communicating with English-speaking tourists, breakfast was not bad, and the room was cool.
It’s an amazingly convenient location when going to the Paris port de Versailles convention center. The property is overbooked and has only one out of 3 elevators working when I was there. Good breakfast, rude staff, I’m thinking maybe because of the amount of people there.
I stayed at the Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo while attending a convention, and overall, it was a good experience.
The location is very convenient if you’re in Paris for a convention or event, and there are several restaurants and places to eat around the hotel. The area also felt safe to walk around.
The hotel itself is pretty, especially the lobby. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which was definitely a plus after long days at the convention.
The breakfast was okay — nothing particularly special, but it had enough options to start the day. The staff was also okay; friendly enough, but nothing that stood out as exceptional.
For transportation, my taxi from the airport to the hotel was around €61.
Overall, I would consider staying here again if I had another event nearby. The location, comfortable rooms, and surrounding restaurants make it a convenient option for a business trip.
Efficient, comfortable, straightforward business hotel, and very good value for Paris. Small but good menu in the dining room, but breakfast was standard fare.
5-7 minute walk to metro with lots of dinning near metro. Mini frig was great with water and juice . Room clean. Parking is TIGHT. Overall great shorts (3day) stay
Sadly overpriced and not what one would expect. Overall OK, but not up to the standard one would expect.
+ Good breakfast
+ Good wifi speed - if the wifi works
+ Decent breakfast
- Service is lacklustre
- Rooms and especially bathrooms seem old and not in very good shape.
- Substantial noise from lobby/restaurant. Sound insulation to other rooms/floors not very good either.
- WiFi/internet in entire hotel out for >24h with zero explanation or recompense.
