The staff was so friendly and helpful. The area is a little busy just because you are so close to the train station but there is a metro station right outside the door which was amazing.

Amazing hotel in the 10th district, across from the Gare de L'Est and about 500 meters from the Gare du Nord. Our room was the cleanest, newest room I've ever stayed in. Got my own balcony and zero noise! I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast because I left too early, but I'm sure it must have been up to par. The staff was incredible! French or English, no problem! If you're coming in via the Eurostar (Gare du Nord), and have to take an early train, this is a great choice.

This hotel was very disappointing for an NH hotel - not the standard you would expect. The hotel appeared to be under renovation everywhere you looked, from duck tape on walls and surfaces to shabby stains in the bathroom, bedroom and communal areas. Would not stay here again.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and rooms very clean and well maintained - the only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the noise at night - this kept me awake the first night as we were facing the train station and windows are not double glazed so constant buses through the night and there is a homeless problem round the train station, this however would not deter me from staying at this hotel as metro and train links very useful and we dield enjoy our stay - it is just like anywhere in Paris - you have to be extra vigilant - And take earplugs!

Horrible experience! AC was not working for the entire building, our room was above 80 degrees and they provided no solution. They lied about the AC working and then tried to come up with excuses promising that it would be fixed the next day. The next day never came, we barely slept.

NH is in the High rates per night. However they are not renewing the bottles of water nor coffee after the first day. We stayed 4 days and where told that they charge if we want some more... we found this a bit cheap to say the least..for a hotel of that cetegory ! On the good sides, personnnel was top notch and room very clean and the subway was litterally at the front door

P I was dreading being so close to the train station, I was worried about safety and noise. This hotel is fantastic. The staff is great. The area it is located in is fantastic. I highly recommend it.

We only did one night but really good location. Even though they are having some works done we did not notice this at all. Staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Overall good though it’s below the NH standard anywhere else I visited, the breakfast definitely isn’t worth the 23 Euros and varieties are limited

It’s a great hotel, but it’s currently being renovated so the main exit is via a fire exit which means climbing stairs - which isn’t easy while tugging around luggage. Also one of the lifts was out of order, which meant relying on one lift for all customers and staff to use so wasn’t exactly the quickest. The sink in my parent’s room was filthy as well. I have no complaints about my room
