We liked the parisian neighborhood, far from the tourist crowd. Only detail the Hotel NH Paris Opera Faubourg was in was in reform, so few amenities. The staff friendly and helpful, many brasseries close by, same with metro stations We liked very much!

The location is great but the hotel itself is old and tatty. It's got a funky scent and the carpet in the room can do with replacement. The hotel is not up to NH standard and I stayed in a few of them. Time for renovations for sure. Room is small and so is the bed. Staff is very friendly but I would not stay there again.

Such a disappointing stay. It’s an okay hotel but not really up to usual NH standards. Staircases are dangerous, as is ceiling down to the breakfast room. On the first day, one lift was broken and then on the second day, the tiny staff/spare lift also broke. I was in the 3rd floor and my colleague on 6th floor - if anyone had a walking disability, it would have been impossible to remain or stay here.

Great hotel, very convenient to Metro station and lots of restaurants and shops. Easy walk to Montmarte and the Opera area. The beds were very comfortable, nice updated bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

For us it was in the middle of the action. We could walk to food, green grocer, shopping, jazz you name it. A 20€ cab ride took us everywhere else we wanted to go. Metro took us to the left bank. Can’t wait to go back.
