Good location, great staff.

We stayed one night as a part of a longer trip. It's a great location from which to visit the Château de Versailles. There is free underground parking which is very convenient. The rooms are big and comfortable for a small family. The staff at reception were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Our room unfortunately had an issue with the plumbing, and a very unpleasant smell was coming out of the sink by the toilet. As it became very noticeable only in the later eveving, and my son was asleep, I didn't notify reception until the morning after. The lovely gentleman there was very apologetic and said that they would have offered us a room change. I wish that I had done so, because the smell became intolerable as the night progressed. Breakfast was nice. Simple, but it had everything we needed.

This hotel is located in a quiet but safe area. The tram is a few steps away and you can hop on to go to Velizy2 shopping center in 5 minutes. Velizy2 is a very big shopping mall which has everything you want (and need) including AuChan Supermarket. The staff is so friendly and nice, specially the man with moustache at the front desk who speak very well three languages (French, Spanish & English).

This is a great hotel. Very clean, lots of space and we'll air conditioned in the summer. Location is good. T6 tram easily accessible for routes into Paris centre. Lots of commercial outlets around the hotel Inc Velizy 2- a large shopping centre 10min walk away. Didn't try breakfast, looked expensive for the quality and variety on offer. Would definitely stay here again.
