Great hotel for Disney

Lovely hotel. Well kept. Nice little (warm) swimming pool. Slight issue with air con in room (wouldn’t go cold - but we didn’t ask to be fixed). Great shuttle to Disney (free!) and to train station (same place as Disney) l. Breakfast is amazing, dinner/food very nice but quite expensive (about 18 quid for a pizza). Make sure you sign up for Raddison Rewards before you go - gets you 10% off food and drink.

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly. My only gripe is that we asked for a twin room and got a double with one big bed and a camp bed. Not very fair for one traveller.

Nice hotel close to disneyland Paris that offers shuttle ride from 9am until midnight. We booked two rooms interconnected. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a premium room which we declined. Upon entering the Roos one has a normal room temperature and the other was so hot it was just unbearable. The sofa bed in the room was not put back in its place as well as it was shabbily dressed indicating house keeping did not bother to fold it away which was an obstruction in the room as it occupied almost half of the space in the room.

What was unique about the property? The room was uniquely dirty Uniquely tired Uniquely overpriced. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The shuttle service is excellent. The staff were great but they are unfortunately let down by the property they represent. If you are tempted to book I advise you not to pay a non refundable rate otherwise you will be forced to complete your stay and not leave for a different hotel. I gave the hotel 24 hours to try and change something before leaving a review. Needless to say no reply was received from any email address. I can provide a better review later.
