Comfortable room

The hotel was totally fine for me. I was rarely in the room on this trip but it was clean and had what I needed. The staff was nice-when I arrived they were having to deal with an unhappy trio and even through the language barriers they were really great dealing with that.

Nice hotel , kitchenette had everything you needed. Check the list before you stay. We didn’t see this inside the cupboard and realised we had no pots no pans , only few cutlery. They brought pans to us immediately. Really nice place to stay , nice hallway separating bathroom from bedroom, spacious apartment. Will book again

Location is good. Room a/c didn't work and room was hot like sauna. There was standing water outside the room which breed mosquitoes so could not even keep window open.

Résidence bien située à 2 pas du tramT2 et à environ 10mn du RER C. On se trouve à environ 30/40 mn de l’hyper centre de Paris Intermarché très pratique juste en face. Équipe très agréable et professionnelle. Studio bien équipé et propre. Literie confortable. Climatisation appréciable par temps très chaud ! Bon rapport qualité prix lorsque l’on réserve bien à l’avance.

When entering the room, the AC was leaking to the point where even towels would not be sufficient to keep the floor dry. The management stated the cannot change the room as the hotel was fully booked which was a blatant lie as many rooms were clearly empty.
