The appartment was in a quiet street but just a five minute walk away from lots of Cafes and restaurants. Very good, quiet and clean area.

The hotel’s location is incredible (metro stop right at the corner, walking distance to the Louvre, etc.), rooms are clean and kitchenette is very well-equipped. The property is quiet other than being able to hear the metro, but that’s not a big deal. I was a little nervous about there not being on-site reception, but messages were answered almost immediately, and the door codes for all three entrances made me feel very secure.

this place is unstaffed so it’s not possible to check your bags if you arrive early. there are four separate codes required to enter the property, the building, the hallway, and then the room. the bed was not terribly comfortable.

We did not get instructions on how to check into the room before arrival. During the stay, someone typed the code to our room and began to enter at 8:30am. We had to yell to stop them. There was no dead bolt or safety lock to prevent this.

The noise from the metro going underneath the hotel kept me awake till after midnight. Also 4 different door codes is to much to get to the room. Door lock didn’t work. Had to pay tourist tax in envelope in hotel. But didn’t have a pen and not one in the room so had to put it in without name or room number as no staff are on the premises.

L'emplacement du logement proche du métro Concorde en plein centre de Paris est idéal pour visiter la ville. Très beau quartier, calme. Logement très bien équipé et impeccable. Seul bémol le parfum de synthèse qui est entêtant et désagréable, à changer !

파리에서 가성비로는 상당히 괜찮은 선택인 것 같습니다. 무인 체크인/체크아웃이라 짐을 맡길 순 없지만, 지하철역과 매우 가깝고, 숙소도 깔끔하고, 전자레인지, 쿡탑, 냉장고 등이 사용가능한 부분도 좋습니다.

Très bien

Hébergement très bien, bien agencé, bien situé, silencieux, bonne literie. Pas de réception sur place mais le numéro d’urgence répond poliment meme à minuit (nous faisions une erreur sur le code d’entrée) On entend le métro mais ça ne dérange pas vraiment.

Enregistrement et facturation

La personne au téléphone pour obtenir les codes d'accès a été très bien mais ne pas les avoir à 15H00 alors que j'avais fait l'envoi de mon enregistrement à 9H30 avec ma pièce d'identité n'est pas normal. Heureusement qu'elle est restée en ligne pour me les donner et me guider. Je ne sais pas comment recevoir la facture et je viens de la demander par mail. Sinon, c'est effectivement un bon hébergement et le petit déjeuner a été une heureuse surprise parce qu'à la réservation je pensais être dans un hôtel. Cordialement

Très bien pour une nuit

Nous y avons passé la nuit, en plein centre de Paris. Le seul point négatif est les vibrations du métro qui doit être à proximité, toutes les 5 minutes. Mais on y prête plus attention au bout d’un moment
