"Our stay was unfortunately disappointing overall. On the first day, there was no Wi-Fi, and when we raised the issue, the manager showed very little sympathy and even seemed irritated that we complained about it. Another major issue was the air conditioning — we couldn’t control it in the room, and the centralised heating was on the whole time, making the room uncomfortably hot. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent as well, and the coffee was actually very good. Hopefully the hotel improves its customer service and room temperature management in the future."

"Great location, hotel staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, the carpark was easy to navigate and has plenty of space for larger SUVs. The room was clean and tidy. Quiet and came with all facilities you'd expect. The wallpaper was a little in your face at first as the whole hotel is bird themed but not a deal breaker and in-fact it's quite fun! There's even a resident bird in reception to great you! We used the hotel as a base for Disneyland which is only 15 minutes drive away. 100% will be back again. "

"El hotel está muy bien a 5 minutos de Disney Paris, pero previamente no te informan que cobran un impuesto de turismo de 5,39 euros por persona por noche , por esta cerca de Disney Paris es como la tarifa de resort que cobran algunos hoteles de Florida ."

"A reasonable budget choice with pro & cons; The good: close to the RER, close to several restaurants, really friendly check in, room well equipped with kitchen bits, bathroom & shower a great size, wifi good The not so good: the corridors are very run down & give poor first impression, the noise outside at night is horrendous - people leaving restaurants drunk etc, the security deposit is actually charged to your card (not just a hold) Would I return? Hard to say, but you can’t dispute the excellent price, just bring earplugs."
