It was just my daughter and I for a soccer tournament we had a great time. Rooms were great, pool was nice, my only complaint was parking especially with a bigger vehicle and no where to park thankfully the front desk was very helpful and he moved his car so I could park there.

Horrible never get back to that hotel, the room smelled dampness very disgusting , refrigerator very noisy, heater did not work very cold night, and the worst a very strange thing - a razor on the bed that almost cut my foot, was a terrible experience and they only change my bed because I ask for that I think I need a refund.

Extra Warm Summer Stay

Convenient to everything in PC, on foot or by bus. Property is clean, well appointed, nicely maintained, and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Air conditioning is insufficient, so be prepared for warm and stuffy afternoon/evenings. Box fans are necessary and available at front desk. Un-shaded skylights on the top floor will leave you praying for overcast skies! Limited space in parking garage.

Bus stop right out front which made it easy to get around Park City without driving. We were able to make it to a concert with minimal walking by using the free bus.

Had some issues with my room so I wasn’t able to stay there but their customer support in resolving the matter was extremely helpful, look forward to staying there again this November and hopefully there will be some snow on the ground, really beautiful views there

Cons: The pull out bed was uncomfortable and had blood stains on it. Which is beyond disgusting! The soaps and shampoos were low quality and don’t seem to work. The pool and hot tub had a ton of bugs in them. The only half the hot tub jets worked. They didn’t have many pool towels and ran out so we had to use our room towels. They don’t provide breakfast and we couldn’t find anywhere that served breakfast that was walkable. Pros: Great location to surrounding activities. It was a big room with multiple bathrooms. It had a washer and dryer. The hotel had a nice vibe and was pretty with all the windows and trees around.

Unbeatable location, somewhat dated property.

We picked the place for its proximity to the lifts (5 min walk with ski booths on). The room itself was very spacious - easily accommodated 2 adults + 2 kids over 5 nights. The pull down bed was actually comfortable. However, the property is a little dated, from bathrooms and kitchen to the heater that's built into the wall between the bedroom and living room and was extremely loud (we had to shut it off at night).

Overall property is nice but outdated a bit. Looks like they are making some small updates though around pool area. Staff was very friendly and professional. Washer and dryer in our room was broke. Other than that the room itself was amazing!
