Room was clean but dated. No access to usb port unless you used the tv port. Other outlets were broken. Smelled mildew and had to open the window until I got used to the smell.
You can’t beat what you get for the price. That’s the main thing. It’s not a spectacular place but it’s cute. Parking is easy, the gym isn’t bad, there are spa services available.
There are minimal options for dining but the bakery is a lovely morning treat with high quality offerings. If you want to ski in Park City and don’t mind a short commute, you get spacious accommodations, avoid the crowds and it’s quiet.
Very nice place, room excellent was cozy, the restaurant o bar from the Lobby was great, good food, the pool was nice, enjoy, thanks for the yummy pastry excellent, Thanks, I recommend
It was such a long line it took an hour and a Half to check in. Everything else was good with the exception of availability of the Lounge and restaurant was close our entire stay

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Customer service was excellent. Gym was clean and lots to use spacious. Beds comfy and pillows too.
The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were very nice. We spent some time in the hot tub and pool and enjoyed a walk around the property. The staff were exceptional. I became very ill the night before we had to leave and they were all very kind and helpful. They extended our stay which allowed me to rest and heal. I would come back again.
Totally clean room, bad ass staff always super helpful really like this place and we will come back many times bonus they have an indoor outdoor heated pool
The overall property is old yet somewhat maintained. The pool is large and has a great indoor/outdoor option yet was too cold to enjoy. The restaurants/pub closed very early. The walls are paper thin and we unfortunately heard our neighbors partying all night.

Disliked: Amenities
My stay at the resort was just **average**. The facilities feel quite **outdated** and it seems to be **understaffed**, which is understandable given the post-Covid landscape. Upon check-in, I was frustrated to find that our room was missing several essential toiletries. While they claim to provide room service every third day, it wasn't until our fourth day that we returned to a cleaned room. I wasn't even aware we were supposed to receive bar soap until the staff arrived.
On a positive note, the staff were consistently **friendly** and responsive to my requests. However, it became a daily hassle to ask for basic supplies like toilet paper, tissue, soap, shampoo, and towels, which felt unnecessary considering the nightly rate.
The dining experience was also disappointing. The restaurant, Z's, only operates for brunch on weekends and the quality didn’t justify the price. The food was often left sitting in metal heat containers, resulting in dishes that were wilted, overcooked, or mushy. To add to the frustration, I was charged separately for coffee and orange juice, making the brunch for two quite pricey at over $33 for adults and $29 for a child.
The bakery located at the front of the resort has good offerings but closes at 3 PM. While it has a French-inspired menu with items like ham and cheese croissants, scones, specialty coffees, and breakfast burritos, it lacks variety if you need something more than just a snack.
The lobby provided guests with iced water and cups.
The big, nice hot tub inside was out of order both days we were there and the outside, small hot tub was very cold. It was sad since the kids love to swim.
