"We chose this hotel because we stayed in it at Williams, AZ and enjoyed it very much. However this location was not as nice or enjoyable as the Williams, AZ location. The breakfast in Lake Havasu ended at 9am and did not have as many options as the location in Williams, AZ, nor did it taste as good. The room was decent and clean but nothing special enough to make me choose this locations hotel again."

"The staff is always amazing, very friendly and helpful. I love the fact they are very dog friendly. My pup loves making the rounds in the gravel beds, she loves the fake turf."

"The facility was nasty. The rooms had cockroaches in there, floors were so dirty and disgusting. Walls were super thin, can hear everything going on. Couldn’t even get towels when asked. The outside was sooo gross full of dead grass and weeds and nothing but dog poop and pee everywhere. That hotel should be shut down. I had a 3 night stay but stayed first night. We left. Time for hepatitis shot. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere, do not stay there. "

"Ended up staying here last minute and so glad we did. It turned a bad trip into a lovely vacation. Lots of room for our dog and plenty of shoreline to run around on. Great bike and walking trail that runs nearby. Space for boats and other recreational vehicles. The staff were all so kind and accommodating and the rooms are clean and well maintained. "

"The budget inn is not luxurious by any means, but I have stayed here multiple times. It is perfectly fine to meet my needs. I've never had any problems with safety, and the guy who runs the place is very nice. He even helped me change a tire on my boat trailer once. I definitely recommend this place"

"I had a big room which had two windows and two AC units. Thank God I had two AC units because the other AC unit sounded like a space shuttle taking off. The curtains did not do a good job, keeping the streetlights from coming into the room and the sink was backing up"
