Wifi needs to be paid for. No blankets was provided when the temperature was around 10 Degrees Celsius at night and we have to sleep in the chilly weather with no blankets. Rooms were small and not enough space to open.

This property is new and clean. Plus point is they have Airconditioning. Down side is, there is no laundry onsite for guest used. Otherwise, the place is great for an overnight.

The room was cleaned and drink items replenished daily during my one week’s stay at the hotel. The hotel is well located, close to Supervalue supermarket, and food outlets like fish & chips, 2 pizza eateries, and Western, Japanese Sushi & Thai cuisine outlets. A 24/7 fitness gym is also close by

It is always a lovely stay - the rooms are exceptional and so quiet. There was an issue with the phone and the TV in my room and how staff handle these things is always the test, they were endlessly helpful and offered to change my room - I declined because I really didn't feel like moving all my stuff. The issues did not affect my stay at all, I highly recommend the hotel if you need a rest before hitting the road or want a quiet night before an early flight!

We took Yellow Bus from airport to hotel. If we show driver our hotel booking, there will be no charge for transport but will need to buy and book Yellow Bus at $8 per person to get back to airport. Although breakfast starts at 7 am, staff did not mind when we helped ourselves to free breakfast at 6.45 am to catch Yellow Bus shuttle at 7.40 am

Pickup was prompt and fast to the property
Check-in was prompt.
All the employees we met were efficient and polite.
Shuttle next morning was fast.
BEST PART... they have a really sweet pet cat greeting us at the door. We will come back just for him/her (employee of the year?)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Host was very nice and we were shown to our room and lamp table lights put on for us. Very clean and spacious room. Handy location to where we were going. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
