"Hotel is in a safe & quiet area. Front desk and hotel staff are super friendly. Pet friendly as well. However, I had a cold shower in the morning. I attempted multiple times to shower and the water never got more than barely luke warm. The couch was shredded from a previous animal & holes in my curtains. I was just passing through and only staying one night. disappointed to pay $130 for a cold shower and previously damaged room."
"No frills stay for a night's rest driving many hours with a small dog. Immediately off the turnpike exit, so we didn't have to drive far to get there. We wanted to be able to get back on the road with no hassle the following morning. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Our pet-friendly room was in a perfect location, last room before exterior door (first floor), near the pet walking area. Room was clean, air was cold during the heatwave, and hotel is in a very quiet location with no riff-raff. Inexpensive when compared to other hotels, especially the pet fee. I would absolutely stay there again if I needed a safe and quiet place to overnight while travelling. NOTE: no breakfast, but that was not an issue for us."
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cleveland Streetsboro
10/10 Excellent
"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"
"It was a great hotel. My only issue is the proximity to I80. Make sure you ask for an even number room. They do not face the freeway. We stayed at 8 different properties during or trip and this one had the best breakfast. Not much around it but well maintained and accommodating,"
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cleveland-Streetsboro by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???"
"Hotel and our room was clean and breakfast was good. No front desk staff at checkout at 8:00 am. Three people standing at the desk to check out for 5-10 minutes. We dialed zero as instructed on the sign but no response. The front desk staff member was outside taking a smoke break. Two of us just went out and handed him our keys and he finally went in the help the one person still waiting . My husband walked out with his suitcase and a small cooler and the other person ‘s husband went to get their car. You would have thought that might have been a clue that people might be ready to check out. :-("
