The room we were given was on second floor though my priorities are always higher floor, thus it was very nice at night and early morning. Our sleep was interrupted. The breakfast was good but same choices everyday."

"Wonderful and modern hotel that is spotless. Air conditioning works well. Hotel looks new with the nicest staff. Excellent breakfast that changes daily. Pho is better than most restaurants. Across from a great cafe and many dining choices. Close to main shopping and major food streets. Only issue is that like most of Hanoi, you have a mix of modern and developing properties. However, the area is very safe."

"We were given a room on the top floor with a balcony and a great view of the city. The staff are exceptionally helpful and speak very good English, especially Mia. Breakfast was a nice selection, with some menu items available to order. It's centrally located, making it very easy to explore and enjoy the city on foot. The shower had good heat and pressure and the A.C. worked great. "
