"This hotel may be only rated a 3 1/2 star online, but it certainly is a five star experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel and staff were amazing. The free buffet was delicious. Two minute walk to the night market. I don’t have one single complaint. I would stay here again, and I would highly recommend."

"We stayed 2 nights at Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel after touring North and halong for almost a week. The hotel is very charming, with a touch of authentic Vietnamese style but also modern and full of comfort. As soon as you arrive the staff is very friendly and helpful and they helped us throughout the whole stay provided transportation,tours the airport drop off were smooth and very pleasant. The check in was easy and we were welcomed with biscuit and cool towels. The rooms (our Suite had balcony) were well luxurious with nice amenities.breakfast was good and included The location are very convinient to walking,it near coffee shop and restaurants and near the lake. Thank you for all staffs, especially is Mia and Celina!!! "

"The hotel is quant and location is the center of the old quarter. An is a great employee at the Front Desk. She is engaging, enthusiastic, and expert of the city. She recommended food and coffee options. They were great. We stayed at the La Siesta May May Hotel two times."
