"Absolutely wonderful hotel, in a really beautiful senior suite room. Price was reasonable however after spending €350+ for our one-night stay, I was asked to pay an extra 50 cents as they got the price wrong. Found this a bit strange since it was an error on their side and they would not look over such a small amount. Any other 5 star hotel would laugh over such a small additional charge! Other than that it was a perfect stay, wonderful swimming pool and a great breakfast. Definitely recommend and will visit again!"

"very convenient for MECC , easy walk to Maastricht and bus right outside the door if you want. also train about 200m that is on mainline. Hotel good quality and good rooms , nice spa and breakfast. staff very friendly and seems to be fluent in Eng French, Dutch, German, Flemish etc. recommend for MECC events "

"This place is awesome for ski and snowboard athletes, enthusiasts, and beginners. Offering year round slopes and even classes- you won’t find anything else like this place!!! Unfortunately my room had a stained couch and bed. The shower floor also appeared dirty. On the other hand, the room was comfortable and roomy enough for our family. The staff was extremely friendly and helped make our stay memorable. "
