"The hotel is fairly new, so it was clean and neat. The room was really nice. The person who checked me in ruined the experience. That person was passive-aggressive rude because I questioned something. If the staff can’t handle questions then maybe they should be part of the cleaning staff. The person who did my check out was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. It was like night and day compared to check in. "
