"The room was nice and clean, the shower hose in the room was broken and the water was splashing all over. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was in nice condition. In good location in walking distance to the A1 shuttle to the airport. There were no smoke smell in the room, but was a heavy smoke smell on the stairs leading to the breakfast room, which was very unpleasant."

"I had a great stay at Balkan Hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food. The only small suggestion would be to make the air conditioning cooler, especially during warmer days. Overall, everything was wonderful, and I would happily stay here again."

Great communication from the manager. Although I somehow missed the message that her assistant will turn up to collect the tourist tax not included in the price. There should be a better process. No dedicated parking, a large parking structure 2 minutes away. No sane person would want to drive around central Belgrade anyway. "
